What in the hell were students doing in AFG to begin with? If they were refugees here in the US, why did they return? Absolute bull crap! They come here as "refugees" on our dime and then return home to visit family - probably on our dime as well.

I thought CA lawmakers in 2016 banned non-essential travel to places with laws that discriminate against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

Per XiDen, no one left behind... sure. That said this seems way more complex than the normal deep state fail. I think there was enough white hat involvement for us to to be proud of in the end. I could be wrong, but there is too much conflicting info which mean there was another mission going on disinfo or otherwise. Fingers crossed.

It sounded like a school trip , the way the reports were written,but it was a group of children and their parents going back to visit extended family.
There are close to 10k aghani's resettled in the Sacramento area (this is pre pullout) so it's not implausible that the ~100 had gone back to see family in advance of the pullout and it being difficult to do so after (presuming the'd still be able to leave)
If the place was so dangerous that you left and the US is paying for your 'resettlement' with taxpayer money, then you shouldn't be allowed to go back to 'visit family'.
Going back tells me that you lied about your so-called persecution in the first place.

The SacBee article seems to say that they are Afghans, who have asylum in the US, but went back to Afghanistan, and are now stuck. They also want to bring back other family members with them..."brothers." Maybe I read it wrong.
Interesting. If you we're granted asylum, basically your old home country is a place you can never again go back to. Generally speaking, asylum claims are based on that premise.
If these people have gone back to visit willingly, then it brings into question the validity of the asylum claim.
Last week these were kids on a school sponsored trip. Now they are supposedly asylum seekers who went back to that home country. I wish we has clarity and certainty about who these people are.
They went to Afghanistan on vacation. They are from California. FUCK EM.

They take girls at age 8-9 back to home countries during summer vacation and do FGM which is illegal here in the USA. Brutal. The girls think they are going on a trip and come back to USA mutilated and ruined for life. Somali families also do this trek home for female mutilation on their girls. Look it up and understand who these people are.

I am in absolute agreement with you… they are the children… I wouldn’t send my kids by themselves to England just because we have family there and England is not as hostile as it is in Afghanistan. I would call that a catastrophic parental mistake to send my children overseas to a terrorist hot bed/ ass backwards nation in a time of upheaval and war… anchor babies and there parents/family can piss off back to their respective countries imho… That said, Afghanistan is an unforgivable tragedy, more so that now it also involves children… those responsible should step down, get court martialed, charged with high treason for every single one of the 13 beautiful Sovereign Marine babies we lost, and publicly executed period! As for the rest left behind, we should pray for their safety and wellness, that the good Lord keep them away from the evil they are surrounded by. Beyond that I still must say Americans FIRST!

They are not Californian. The parents are non-citizen Afghani refugees that send their kids to San Juan School District in Sacramento which has over 1400 Afghani refugee students. It's ridiculous that a school district has any authority orchestrating such a trip.

They're NOT American citizens get that right. They go to school in Calif and they're from AFG. They went back HOME to visit family now they want back into the US. Sorry, Born on US soil Americans ONLY!
