When I was a kid, my family lived in Los Angeles. Our neighbor had his house broken into and he shot and killed the intruder. He wound up being charged for manslaughter because he used an "illegal gun."
Believe this was at a Dollar General, not a Dollar Tree (Dollar Store). Plenty of Dollar Generals in low-income redneck areas are perfectly safe to shop at.

We had a robber win in court here in Commiefornia. He broke into the garage of a home while the owners were away on vacation. He became trapped in the garage; couldn't get out, couldn't get in the house - for a few days. He had to survive on water from the sink and some dry dog food that was in the garage. He won his court case against the homeowners. Clown World!
Reminds me of a family a few years back that was indignant over their criminal son/brother's death while caught in the act of robbery. In a libtard media interview, of the sisters explained his criminal ways by asking " how he gonna git his munney?" Uh huh - that justifies a life of crime. IDIOTS!
