I would pay my company the $50 per month for not having the jab...
... and in return, I would do $50 less work per week (and still charge them for it).
You can easily figure out simple ways to "make mistakes" or waste time... and cost that employer dearly. If they ask me about productivity (after I stick it to them for 6-months and they finally notice)... I'll explain that the $50 per month charge has caused me extra stress, so it's affecting my work. :>)
The boss makes a dollar we make a dime, That's why we poo on company time!
You would need tangible documentation of how the extra stress negatively impacted your life as well. Should not be hard with a trustworthy therapist and/or doctor who is on your side.
I wouldn't bother with a therapist. My therapy would be doing something every single day (while they are charging me that $50/month fee) to make them regret it. At least one thing per day, every day, to cost them that much money or more.
It's good stress reduction therapy.
Yes, but it gives them the legal defense against you if they end up firing you for negligence. If you don’t have “witnesses,” including one at professional level, you won’t get that ‘$16 million’ lawsuit rolling.
Brilliant.
Don't take jab. Its $12.50/week. work less hard, take more breaks. whatever you do, do not quit. There will be a day when we are suing the pants off of these employers.
Seek legal advice.
Yeah I agree. Seek legal help. It sounds illegal as f*ck to withhold money from an Employee that will not get a medical procedure that the Employer wants them to have. An optional medical procedure, to boot.
It's already a step too far for them to pry into his medical privacy. They don't even get to KNOW your vax status, let alone discriminate about it.
Charging you for not being vaxxed when you work from home? Asinine.
What's the $50.00 a month for?
Pay the $12.50 per week now and stay there until you have to leave.
So I'm guessing they will say it is for some health risk, but then wouldn't every health risk in the company need to pay more as well?? Those with obesity, diabetes and STDs? These are all burdens on health costs....
Keep the job. In the grand scheme, $50 is a drop in the bucket to keep food on the table. Keep your head down, don't rock the boat, and let the shit work its way through the process. I can't imagine it's gonna be too many months that you'll be paying that.
But keep track of every 50 dollars they take so that when this shit blows over you can bill them for it.
Absolutely. Cause I’m sure eventually this whole thing will be found out for the scare tactic it was, and there’s gonna be a white or lot of “Oh, well we just went off of the information presented to us, and we just wanted to keep everyone safe.”
That is Discrimination, Extortion, and Illegal
This has all sorts of red flags.
You should talk to an employment lawyer. Do you have an employment contract?
They have as much authority to impose fines on you as you do on them. They aren't fining you, they are withholding pay. You may or may not have recourse, but this would likely be a small claims court case.
Are you being taxed on that 50$? If so, that could be fraud.
You could ask your boss for a 50$ raise.
You could find a new job with people who respect you.
You could give HR a monthly email keeping track of how much they have underpayed you and take it to small claims court when you leave.
I don't know if it is an option, but in Europe people are just calling in sick with "stress" and "burn out" due to the pandemic. They stay on paid sick leave for weeks. It is very difficult to get fired here. If you can't beat them, fuck 'em.
Sue them for $5000 for every month charged when all is revealed.
Do not quit! Follow up with HR and document all interactions with them. Gather all info about the $50/mo penalty and get an attorney's opinion. Good luck!
Take them to court and get money from them but keep working. You have until January. You work from home they are literally going into your personal space. They have no right to do that and it is completely illegal. Even if you work at the company they have no right to do that. Take them the information below and tell them to read it and you want a notice from them that they read and understand. file:///C:/Users/marya/OneDrive/Desktop/vaccine-death-report.pdf this is actual facts actual doctors with multiple links inside to find the actual proof this is a death jab and they are basically telling you, that you have to pay to not die.
Spend a least $50.00 worth of their time every month working on becoming a freelance/vendor/IC.
Sounds like extortion to me
Do they charge more for cigarette smokers? Grossly overweight? Diabetes?
Isn't that discrimination against an employee? Buzz over here and look around and research Seems to me anyone getting hit up with this nonsense should be doing a EEOC complaint and law suit!
Definitely EEOC.
Yep go for it!!!
Sue them
It is clear discrimination. You are personally damaged for your current medical status.
It's worse than that, OP works from home.
WTF!? Yeah, that definitely worse, they have no reason they could possibly argue that its for the safety of their workforce.
I would advise you to pay the $50 (that is a tiny price vs taking the jab).
That will buy you time to look for another job, if the $50/mo is not palatable.
I don't agree with that. Having a fake vax card is going along with their vax agenda. The point is people need to say "NO!" and not play along with the asinine games.
That and there are bigger fines and bs for falsifying those documents.
Here is an affidavit prepared by Constitutionalists who taught seminars and won many, many court cases using their Constitutional methods. It's very long, but it can help people who are threatened with job loss or any mandate of the vaxx. You have to download it at this site. Good luck and let us know if it helps.

I used to work from home. More and more the boss was making rules for us same as rules for on site but when attending a meeting we had to use our 1/2 lunch break towards travel, would not reimburse parking or gas expenses, no overtime but make up travel time working late, etc all against the Fair Labor Standards Act. I also found out thru HR that the company doesnt cover us with liability insurance like they do on site workers (covers workers who might get hurt on the premises). So every time they tried something on me I'd say I could work on site..I can travel to the office...will you 'continue' my liability insurance at $10,000/yr?
In your case you may find they want to nickel-and-dime you, but see if you can reverse it to them. By the way, my boss got transferred to another department. I would check with FLSA if there are federal laws against deducting your pay. Also I would tell them they must then accept any liability for any effects because THEY are threatening you to be involved in an experiment.
Also if they take $ out of your pay, can you make up for it with overtime work, call in sick or both on alternating weeks.
make a vaccine card and tell them you got it.
Call an employment lawyer TODAY. Don't know one? Call your bar Association and ask for recommendations. I paid $150 for an hour consultation a few years ago and I don't regret it for a second. You know what I do regret? NOT DOING IT SOONER. Do it NOW.
BS! They don't have the right to charge you anything! EEOC- Get a lawyer !
