That is exactly the route I went. Filed for a natural immunity excemption, which was denied because I live in Philadelphia, Pa and had religious exemption paperwork on top of that, which was written by an attorney and my bosses let it slip that it was full proof! Right now I have 20 different people researching whether the mandate is even legal because noone can find the executive orders from the president backing up the mandates, from what we can see they dont exist.
Thanks for the links ... Look at this from your first link ...
As of the date of this order, one of the COVID-19 vaccines, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, also known as Comirnaty, has received approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and two others, the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine, have been authorized by the FDA for emergency use.
And this part (of first linked document) says that it's "it is necessary to REQUIRE covid-19 vaccination" but require meaning .. means a "need", doesn't mean it's law. And I also noticed this ... "subject to such EXCEPTIONS as required by law." So they have to consider exceptions that is lawful. Is there a law that says one must take vaccinations?
Accordingly, building on these actions, and in light of the public health guidance regarding the most effective and necessary defenses against COVID-19, I have determined that to promote the health and safety of the Federal workforce and the efficiency of the civil service, it is necessary to require COVID-19 vaccination for all Federal employees, subject to such exceptions as required by law
Like so many others who are looking for information to get around this mandate, I'm now in the same boat. Figured it was coming but was hoping maybe something might happen that would change this requirement. Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated!!!!
I have to be honest and tell you I don't know, the person who wrote this one was a corporate lawyer, who happens to be my coworkers husband. I just uploaded the religious exemption I used, its titled Religous Exemption.
The U.S. Constitution and all 50 State Constitutions only extend protection to Thr People from a tyrannical govt, NOT tyrannical, "PRIVATE" business.
Constitutionally, EVEN a publicly traded company with govt contracts is STILL considered a "PRIVATE" business entity, and is not subject to U.S./State Constitutional laws when it comes to edicts like these COVID mandates these businesses are forcing on us.
If you doubt me, point me to just 1 Amendment where it says The People are protected from a tyrannical boss, OTHER than work hour restrictions, or any of the CURRENTLY LISTED EEO protections that SCOUTS has ruled on since 1789.
Actually, there is a VERY solid argument being made that because of the repercussions from the Federal Government levied on businesses NOT implementing the VAX policy, the PRIVATE business then becomes a De Facto agent of the Federal Government. It's the induction principle. The employer would not under other circumstance demand the action. It's an extortive paradigm.
If the state says there is no mandate to take the vaxx & you don't have to show proof of it to employer, school or to a business to shop, then what about big businesses that contract with the military? Where do they fit in if Fed Gov is mandating the vaxx for employees & contractors.
Also, file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission of your state. This is what those that were denied their religious or medical exemptions have done.
It's fine to do if you have to, but the problem with getting an exemption is this:
By getting an exemption to THEIR mandate you are admitting that they have the right to tell you to do this crap, and are asking for an exception to the authority of their mandate.
They don't have the right to tell you to do this crap.
edit- but I'd rather get an exemption than a jab, if it came down to that.
There is a group of 200+ federal contractors at Oak Ridge National Lab that were granted religious exemptions however the accommodation is unpaid leave effective 10-15.I believe they are trying to get a judicial restraining order and are raising funds for a legal retainer of $50k. There’s a telegram group if anyone wants to monitor the situation or kick in for the legal fund, but I don’t know what the group is called. This could potentially be a good case to watch.
I did too! I need help my frens, this is such uncharted territory and I dont know... I work for the feds. I refuse the vaccine and I know they are violating our Privacy and Hipaa rights. They are telling us that we have to fill out an attestation stating we are vaccinated or not and if not then we must file our exemption. I filed my exemption because that is redundant to me. Any class action suits I need to add my name to??
I cannot Upvote this enough. If there was EVER an 'extended' or perma-stickie, this post should be given time for everyone to see it. ... at least for the next several weeks.
MODS: I truly wish you would consider it. Of all the posts I've read since joining GAW, this PSA really really really deserves an extended stay on stickie more than any of the thousands I've read.
I recently met with a lawyer who specifically said not to submit a medical AND religious exemption.
ONLY SUBMIT A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION
Anyone who tells you differently is completely uninformed.
Religion is considered a “protected class” under the civil rights act. So what you need to do is write a religious exemption in your own words—one that is SINCERE.
Employers can reject your letter if they discover you copy&pasted from a template.
IT MUST BE SINCERE
Please head this warning. My mother in law was rejected because she submitted a medical exemption before her religious exemption. She was fired.
Yeah, my doctor told me employers are not accepting medical exemptions and to go the religious route. I didn't think I'd have a problem getting a medical exemption due to a shit ton of allergies and previous reactions to other vaccines. Got the medical exemption form from my company today, and it basically has my doctor fill out a section asking if I've ever had anaphylaxis or if I'm allergic to any ingredients in the vaxxes, then points to the CDC website where it lists only 2 ingredients. WTF. So, pretty sure it'll get denied. By asking for the medical form, I think it's probably too late to go the religious route.
And if they fire you make sure they fire you completely and if they try to challenge you for unemployment as my former employer is, document document document. PDFs of everything screenshots etc. Your lawyers will appreciate it. Realize also that most firms will not touch it because they're ran by a board and would rather have your former company as a customer then just you. Instead you have to look for those lone Wolf for better lawyer. Liberty council has great calls but I have not received a particular reference yet.
I battled for many months with my school- got an exemption accepted, then after I paid tuition, they said they were 'reviewing it', then declined it. I appealed it and got another exemption.
If anyone wants assistance with how I did it/what I wrote in my appeal, send me a DM. I have a 14 page paper with a massive amount of religious and moral arguments, along with sources of scientific studies about how shitty the vaxx is.
Hey sorry for the late response. I'm not at home currently but when I get back I'll send it over to you. FYI there are two versions- one is a massive rough draft with sources, infor, and links, and the second is a more concise version I had a pastor sign for my submission. I'll send them both over!

Executive orders, as far as I know, are not law. Laws only come from the legislatures.
1), [they] can't fully mandate shit until Comitnaty is fully available.
2), [they] can't fully mandate shit until OSHA approves it.
Both reasons are why [they] are l aning so heavily on the private sector to mandate the Coof shots and any other mandates [they] can think of.
For anyone else's reference, I also cannot find any order related to private companies since they're probably trying to get OSHA to do that.
These are the orders for federal employees and contractors though.
Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees
Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors

Share what your attorney wrote for the exemption?
I will figure out how to upload it when I am done work.
im in the process of putting together my request as well...

THANK YOU!
Awesome, a picture or text version would be great
What type of attorney should I look for in writing mine?
I have to be honest and tell you I don't know, the person who wrote this one was a corporate lawyer, who happens to be my coworkers husband. I just uploaded the religious exemption I used, its titled Religous Exemption.
Okay! Thank you!
Exactly! Why do we need permission (exemption) to exercise our unalienable rights? Use of exemptions are just another baby step to tyranny.
The exemptions are now just a registry of who didn't get vaxxed.
Change my mind.

As a federal contractor, they fall under federal contractor. 😞
Perfect timing I could use this right now

Excellent Post. I hope this stays at the Top of the Page for a good while.
We need to also bookmark it as individuals, and share to others in need - both here, and every other place.

Absolutely DO NOT TRY FOR A MEDICAL EXEMPTION
You will get denied.

I'm not familiar with the DM feature, but am interested in the information you have.
A DM is just a private message to my username. I'm not at home currently but when I get there I'll shoot you a message and we can talk.
Pls PM that to me? I'd love to see it.

Or just tell 'em to fuck off
Ty fren
So there’s a stickied post that says only do religious and not medical. It makes you look insincere and leads to auto-firing.
