That being, “I have to get my employee count below 100 otherwise I’m going to have to infringe on all my employees rights by mandating the vaxx.” All other things being equal, layoff the vaxxed so you have an unvaxxed workforce with no mandates. Besides, the vaxxed pose a threat to the unvaxxed by shedding spike proteins.

As a business owner myself, I dont believe in termination for vax status. However, the people being terminated for being vaxxed can now sue for wrongful termination. Hopefully, the courts will rule that nobody can be terminated based on being vaxxed or not.
