The supposed reason to mandate these experimental drugs is to help others in the company by reducing the spread of Covid, and/or to reduce symptoms so that people have less time off from work. If these claims were true, these mandates would benefit the company. But these claims are not true. There is no scientific basis to believe they are true. Therefore, there is no way they can justify these mandates when they are not based on anything real. It's just fear porn. That means there is no way they can win (assuming we have honest, competent courts).

Yes, they'd laugh in my face. Honestly, ours hides behind an anonymous "committee". A bunch of lawyers making a decision on someone's religious exemption sounds like clown world to me. We don't talk to anyone it's all done anonymously. We fill out a form online and submit it. The response comes by email with no one's name. They're cowards.🤡

Unfortunately for Federal Civil Service members, they have until Nov 5th to either present proof of vaccination, or be fired.
When fired, they will lose ALL benefits - no medical, no pension - without regard to a decade or more of service rendered. It's all gone.
So, I would suggest your Religious Waiver state, at the bottom that if the Waiver is rejected, under duress I will accept Early Retirement over involuntary separation.
This way, you have a paper trail in place, such they cannot begin termination actions, before you have a chance to file for early retirement. Don't think they won't screw you on the way out the door.
I highly doubt you will be fired on Nov 5. Or any day soon after. Exemptions don’t just get rejected and federal employees don’t just get fired. There will be back and forth on the exemption. If rejected it can be altered and resubmitted. As far as firing, if it ever comes to that it won’t be until after a long trail of progressive discipline. Meanwhile many legal challenges will be made. It’s possible it all disappears before the supposed firing happens. Then again…🤡🌎

I'm somewhat surprised that lawyers aren't lining up to make a fortune off of The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. They're planning on firing people because of not proving they have MOdified RNA. They'll be on the hook for damages and your lawyer costs if this makes it to court.

Its obvious that the employee is saying "I have full knowledge of all my rights and am doing exactly what I need to do to hang your ass". HR gets trained specifically to take this stuff seriously.
