I maintain a Christian worldview and endeavor to follow the word of God. The church teaches that a person may refuse a medical intervention, including a vaccination, if his or her conscience leads them to that decision. Vaccinations are not morally obligatory and so, must be voluntary. Each of the manufacturers of the COVID vaccines have developed their vaccines using fetal cell lines which originated from aborted fetuses. It is my moral duty to refuse the use of medical products, including certain vaccines, that are created using human cell lines derived from abortion. Been going through this process myself at work! I have some advice.

1. Wait. Do not be in a rush to submit your exemption letter. I waited a while, talked to some people in the company, gained some intel about the internal process, sought advice from fellow Christians and finally submitted my letter.
2. Do not draft a letter you found from the internet. A lot of companies are using plagiarizing software to see if you wrote the letter yourself. This helps or hurts your case relating to the “sincerely held” piece. They can say it’s not sincere if you didn’t take the time to write it yourself.
3. When you write your letter, ensure you cover all your basis, legally. They have to accommodate you if you explain what your belief is and how it directly contradicts your beliefs and impacts you from getting the vaccine. So make sure you specifically state that and state your request for accommodation under title 7 of the civil rights act.
4. Try to come from a positive place if they ask to meet with you. If you come from a defensive stance, it’ll be hard on everyone. It’s only until they begin to infringe or ask you questions that are, legally, off the table that you can begin to take a defensive stance.
5. Record/save all correspondence. That’ll come in handy if you need to sue.
6. Stay strong. I am a young woman from middle America. I go to church, spend time with my family, and go to work each day. I’m very average. When this began, I thought it was the end of the world, but in fact, it was the beginning of a whole new me. I’m stronger, braver, and relentless in the face of adversity. I pray you find your courage and embrace it. You are your strongest advocate. No one is coming to save you, but you’ve got you!!! And you’re not alone!

You’re not asking for a religious exemption. The US Constitution does not have a clause stating, “you can have free exercise of religion just as long as we approve of it.” Simply tell them you are INVOKING your First Amendment right to free exercise of religion and your deeply held religious beliefs are in conflict with the cvid shot. If they ask for a religious leader’s certification or something, explain (assuming you’re Christian) your religious leader is Jesus Christ whose certifying statement was penned in sixty-six books by forty different authors more than two thousand years ago. What you do need to request are reasonable accommodations in lieu of the shot- if you’ve been working all along with certain adjustments (distancing, mask, remote work, etc.,) your employer would be pretty hard-pressed to say they can’t accommodate you. If those mitigations are suddenly no longer acceptable to them, then they shouldn’t have allowed you to work in the first place. We have these tyrants over a barrel if we’d just stand up and refuse to be beaten down any longer.

In the end the only rights you have are the ones your willing to take back.

Perhaps this isn't popular but I do stand on the Bible promises and in particular Psalm 91. It has served me well bc I serve God. Nothing else is more important. I don't know how people will fare that are "using" God.

I plan to have mine written from the heart and will have it signed by a pastor that knows me. I go to a larger church and I can't say the pastor "knows" us. I started at a smaller church after exiting catholicism so that pastor knows me.

The best advice I've heard is to find the legal wording of the exemption laws and follow it clearly. It may vary from state to state, however if the law says that "Applicants must present an honest and sincere religious justification..." then use those exact words to minimize the chance your company can legally refuse. "It is my honest and sincere religious belief that the COVID-19 vaccinations...".

Also, expect your application to be initially rejected and only approved after you get a lawyer to challenge them because most companies know what they are doing is illegal and they know they will lose in court.

You believe the vaccine is the mark of the beast from the Bible and you as a Christian cannot take the mark of the beast. You would be condeming yourself to hell.
