Ending world hunger isn't something that can be solved with money. You need to end the circumstances that are preventing people from feeding and providing for themselves. And in almost all cases that seems to be around corrupt and authoritarian regimes. I bet if you could do a full audit of all foreign aid and charity given to countries where this is an issue you would find that less than 1% of funds ever reach the intended recipients. World hunger won't end, because those who profit from it won't let it end. Those are the people that actually need to be stopped.
I just realized why the Red Cross prefer us to donate money instead of food or clothing whenever a disaster struck.
If the warlords and everyone that followed them is slaughtered, that would be a good start.

I as well would like to see a full report, in detail, on their great plan that will solved world hunger for a few billion dollars and is it long term or short term?
