I work with occupational safety and health. Most small businesses should be fine for refusing to mandate. You’re correct about larger companies - they fall under more scrutiny.

Have someone complain about them

Should cover my insurance and taxes without affecting my lifestyle. I've been virtual for 20 months now and my work hasn't faltered and there is no capacity within to replace me. Also, they already do this for a worker in another country, because they need him. I feel I am in a similar situation. Cocky? No. My speed and knowledge in my field surpasses my counterparts on many levels. I trained 4 depts in new software as a new employee.
