Let me correct you on “fatal mistake” … there is no fatal mistake for these corporations. The idea of the corporation takes all liability away from the board or officers of the company, as I understand it.
So until corporate officers are fired and jailed and shamed for their horrid, sometimes illegal decisions, nothing will change.
