There was no chance this kid was serving ANY time in prison at all no matter how you put it, the jury was never going to convict him, this isn't like the OJ trial with no video evidence so it could all be left up to the imagination, no. The video evidence existed! It was all there. This was NOTHING!
The REAL victory will be convicting Smollett and actually putting him prison. This WILL scare the ever living shit out of leftists.
