John Deere just announced an across the board 8% pay raise for all salaried employees, after the hourly workers went on strike and finally settled a contract
If I had been forced to take the jab to keep my job at one of those companies, I'd see if I could sue. If I lost my job because of refusing to take it, I'd sue.
Masks are a pain in the butt, and they don't really do anything, but at the end of the day, one can take it off. If they require them, they should be required of everybody especially since it is now known that the vaccinated are spreading covid also. So call this a small battle won.
Masks worn all day are unsanitary, and can cause bacterial lung infections leading to pneumonia. People should not be forced to wear them. They don’t prevent transmission or acquisition of a so-called virus
Absolutely correct, wife is a nurse, they are required to change their masks every two hours. Also have to disinfect their faces before putting on a new mask. Hospital rules!
True. The powers that be in the company should try to do a little science themselves to research facts and stop trying to play doctor, but my point is whatever they do, stupid or wise, needs to be done for all equally.
Finally some common sense …. Hopefully this starts a massive reversal on this bullshit Vax mandate…. Companies who choose the wrong side of history will soon be history ….
I am guessing that lawyers finally are stepping in and telling the companies that future liability is what they are creating if they try and force a experimental medication from a manufacture that can't be sued over its side effects
Non-union employee: whats the point of mandating a policy to only some of your employees?
14th Amendment: equal protection under the law. Does an OSHA mandate that only “protects” people who work for bigger businesses fair to all those poor, vulnerable workers at smaller companies?
Tell them we aren’t wearing masks either. Time to go on the offensive and truly be free people.
Yup, there should be no concession on this shit
Yes and add the salaried workforce in too!
Finally some good fucking news
Unions turning out to be a good thing…
They have their purposes. Most of the time, they are not really needed, but this kind of stuff is what they are for.

Always have
Snowball is starting to roll...great news.

Vaccine mandates match the legal definition of sodomy. Change my view

You mean the mask I put in my pocket next to my wallet that I put on a diner table that who the fuck knows is on it isnt sanitary to wear anymore /s

Vaccinated: i don’t need a mask, because vaccine.
Non-vaccinated: i probably have been exposed to COVID, and therefore have antibodies, so i don’t need a mask
True. It'd be better if they just forgot the whole thing, but whichever, they need to treat everyone the same.
Nope- patriots won't do masks either.
Just don't wear the mask either
Chin straps

Great news,so it will be a tidal wave.
Eff those masks too, make a stand and tell them to shove those too!

This is all about collective bargaining. Non-union employees are still under the gun.

Name one company that matches that description, besides NBA and NFL
LOL they don't work because air coming in and out goes right through and around the edges
If they did work, would it say right on the box that they don't block viral transmission?
Not a win. They are letting you choose suffocation as the way to die, while you produce their products for them.
Isn't Newsmax confirmed deep state controlled OP media?
Newsmax. YUK!
Finally, the dam breaks!
Its called a whip-saw
Too late. They will go bankrupt.
I’m guessing someone just ripped off a good lawsuit and they are simply getting ahead of the story.
Good call.
