I thought i read that the Peterson law, named after Scott Peterson killed his wife and unborn child, never made it onto the books. Reason being that the democrats knew it could be used against them and their pro choice stance.
This whole issue goes back to God's plan and biblical order. Why do people seek abortions? Unwanted pregnancy. Why are they pregnant? Sex outside marriage. Why do people have sex outside marriage? Because they think there are no consequences.
Restore the family unit, abortion becomes generally unnecessary.

Lots of reasons, but a main one is not enough self-esteem to even consider why not. Second reason is power/control. (An illusion) And the core of that desire is anxiety. Lay over both of the above, with the fact that some females are into sex just as much as guys are. Add the aspect of possible love for the other person, which can obliterate all logic. Now add alcohol which makes a person forget all about why they weren't going to do something.

Maybe I'm just old, but the only time in my life where abortion came up was highschool, and girls were so afraid of getting pregnant and ruining their life, I've only really seen abortion as a medically nescessary thing beyond that, so I'm confused as to how cutting it off at fifteen weeks is even an issue? That's nearly four months? Does it count for medically nescessary abortion too? Like can't carry to term for the mother for some reason? Or terminal birth defects?

If a woman or man can be held liable for murder of an unborn baby either through drugs, neglect, murder, etc., why should it not also be considered by the courts that abortion which kills an unborn baby is also murder? The answer is both clear and obvious. The fetus is NOT any part of the mother's body. It is genetically individual. Preference does not justify murder. If it did, there would be no rational objection to infanticide.
A DNA test can establish that the mother is the mother, but it cannot establish that the fetus is the mother. Quite the opposite.

And regarding survive-ability... how many babies can survive outside the womb even if they are born healthy and full term? Can they survive on their own when they are 2 years old? 3? 4? when is it? Babies can't survive before or after they are born with out human love and care.
