This is not true. He has one that is attached and one that is not. So depending on which one you see it can go either way. I believed this too until I looked at pictures taken at the same time of different sides of his face.

Yes, it's called "pixie ears." Biden's right ear has been attached, the left not, all year. These two main pictures seem very different in the cheeks, the new cheeks are too plump under the eyes. Normally it's all downhill for the cheeks. Fillers could do that--but why? It looks unnatural.

Demensia changes appearances. I have personally seen it with a few close family members and it is really difficult to watch and heartbreaking.
I think it’s plastic surgery too - also skulls shrink quite a bit with age AND his face is tight as a drum - the chin shape now confirms to his smaller skull and high changes the shape. People also don’t realize that facial muscles (chin and jaw) shrink with age and these muscles are a significant contributor to face shape. The mentalis muscle rests on the chin - basically the chin pad - that can shrink over time or sag - he may have had it resuspended as part of his overhaul. Or he’s a double lol...it’s not impossible- but like you said they can do almost anything these days under the knife.

Well folks just don’t realize what and why he looks so different so it’s understandable - and I do believe doubles can and are used at times. But the changes I see in Biden are all easily explained away with age and plastic surgery.
The problem people get into with many conspiracies is this All or Nothing thinking - as if everything is black or white. In other words - if Biden ISN’T a double then doubles DON’T exist. I don’t personally believe that. I think they can and DO exist, but not in this instance.

What I would want with this sort of thing is something approaching real evidence. But it seems like people are very attached to the idea of having people replaced by doubles these days.
People change as they age, and can look very different. Also, if they have surgery that can do a lot, too.
The problem is, people look at photos, and then go off convinced that they know. I'd like to see forensic doctors or people trained in forensic levels of anatomy, etc, to really provide some clear analysis - fact based, evidence based, with appropriate conclusions, instead of all this monkey talk like, "These are not the same person!" Why? "Dude, just look! I can see they are not".
The autists and high effort anons make more effort when analyzing and drawing conclusions on numerous other topics, but I'm waiting for some serious discussion of the theory (body double) with that level of approach.
