Red Line Crossed? Supreme Court Won’t Uphold Religious Exemptions.
🚔 Crime & Corruption 💸
Isn’t this a Red Line Anons? When the Supreme Court refuses to uphold Religious Exemptions? Isn’t this a direct violation of the 1st Amendment? Correct me if I’m wrong about our told Red Lines.
I would say so. If you can’t trust the SCOTUS to uphold what is clearly a prima facia case of violation of the first amendment to the Constitution, then devolution is the only alternative.
From drop #26:
I believe we are now witnessing our judicial system fail us before military action happens.
When and how much must we endure before, is really the question.
I know Frosty. I know. But man, in my heart for our country, for the world I feel it breaking. I know this must happen too Frosty. I get it. Still is painful and will be more so, the more rough it gets. So how far into deep Siberia snowshit do you think we’ll go before the shift to full correction?
Exactly 40% still think this asshole is doing a good job
Youre wrong on that first bit. They do fear us. We are literally their greatest fear. Why do you think we dont have camps like Australia and vac QR codes like other european countries? Because theyre fucking terrified of us and our determination to stick to our principles and fight with our personal armories for liberty and justice. Theyre scared but they need to act like theyre not because then they would lose all power over us. So instead they push us an inch at a time so normies comply and the offenses are not grievous enough to trigger an armed uprising. If right now there were talk of an actual insurrection, simmilar to how people here were talking about before jan 6th, we would see immediate reaction from them. If they diddnt fear us none of that would be true.
War is shit. At least we haven't been blitzkrieged and we may till possibly have a future.
So say we all Mountain. So say we all.
In light of recent events, how convinced are you that prosecution of the crimes we are discussing will be happening in civilian courts?
So, not very convinced at all. Makes sense.
The whole thing is a violation of the Constitution. Maybe that's the point people need to learn. They don't NEED religious exemptions - all they need is the constitution.
Well soon they’re going to be loading their guns. In Oregon it’s not far from going down now. Patriots around Portland are now chomping at the bit to pile all, and I mean all ANTIFA, and the DemoLibs bodies in the city central park. And it’s coming if something doesn’t shift soon. Or is it inevitable that some small areas will experience violence?
Or more precisely, the Bill of Rights. BTW, Bill of Rights Day is Tomorrow.
The Bill of Rights is part of the Constitution.
Most people don’t even know how the branches work. I firmly believe it’s why trump posted that booklet of our constitution. People have to learn
What was this?
It was a booklet put out on White House website that gave a solid explanation of our constitution, branches, and their roles. Fantastic simplified reading. He put it out about one week before he left office and it was immediately taken down when Biden came in. The timing was very odd. I’ll dig and see if I can find it.
Look at when it was put out on the website and when it was taken down. The fake news articles are interesting as well

Thanks!
Agreed. So many (even here at GAW) seem to think any old body in politics can make and enforce law. It's laughable, but it's actually pathetic how little people know. And I would include myself in that group that needs to know more, but somehow I come off like a freaking genius compared to so many who know even less. :o(
It freaking better be. When people start getting kicked out their homes with no recourse it's going to get worse than we can even begin to think of at the moment.
Marching with your body armor and artillery is good for maintaining body heat in winter I hear
Lin Wood said Justice Robert's sold bought his kids for the purpose of sex trafficking and has raped and killed children on video. Are you expecting him to do the moral thing?
No, but the rest of the Justices have their own minds. But I guess the Cabal clearly clearly has them all now. So I wonder what’s next besides the economy collapsing, and the military stepping in….if they’re going to? I wonder what is next fellow Anon.
This case involves medical professionals in NY. I understand it involves the question of whether the NY governor has the right to not provide religious exemptions for their NY vaccine mandate.
I most certainly do not agree with the SCOTUS decision, but it doesn't affect the federal court injunctions against the EO and OSHA.
True the court backed states rights
At this moment(delta-wise), Q is counting down to December 17th. It started on December 7th. The 17th will supposedly begin the "10 Days. Darkness." https://qalerts.app/?n=365
Yep I saw that too LB. The clock is running for sure. Of course it seems we’ve been in 365 days of darkness. But what’s 10 more I guess.
What about an exemption based on you don't want to die?
Yes my friend. I hear that. We need to Amend the crap out of the Constitution after this so this whole event can never ever happen again. And we need to arrest and jail or execute Commies a lot faster haha!
Don't need exemptions. Forced injection mandates are illegal. Ignore them.
I'm not trying to be a wiseguy, but what's to stop a murderer from claiming he is part of am ancient Aztec or whatever religion that requires human sacrifice? Or in Judaism and Islam, blasphemers are to be stoned to death. Seriously, does the constitution protect all religious expression? I would think not.
Please don't misunderstand, I am fully supportive of religious exemptions (and other exemptions) to vaccine mandates.
I believe religious exemptions only apply when something directly affects you/your body, the minute you affect someone else then you are violating them regardless of religion
And that makes perfect sense, but it isn't codified that way in the constitution. Maybe in precedent? I don't know. I'm not a lawyer. The point is that religious rights, like all rights, have their limits. That's why we need not just legislators but judges as well.
Fucking worthless, spineless assholes everywhere. Lemme guess, the only dissenting opinion(s) was that of Justice Thomas and maybe Alito.
