I remember reading a story in Reader’s Digest about the Hubble telescope and their endeavor to build the mirrors. It talked about them having problems, but seemingly getting them worked out. Later we found out the Hubble couldn’t focus properly.
I hope we don’t have the same problem with this Webb telescope.
