So I watched the Comedy Central Roast last night (its on Paramount+) and my God...the amount of pedo and gay jokes were through the roof. Disturbingly so. Even looking at it from the lens of 2008, it was abnormal. They hid the truth in plain sight. Pedowwod needs to burn to the ground.
Norm was the only good comedian on it, a true master of his craft. Levels above everyone else on that stage and his jokes were hilarious and he didn't have to be a pervert and say sick shit to get the biggest laughs. He is the only person we should be still mourning.
IIRC, Norm McDonald's thing with roasts was that rather than telling filthy jokes like ever other comedian, he did the opposite and told super wholesome grandma jokes. Because of that, he stood out and everybody remembers him.
These people get off on talking "inside baseball" in front of viewers at home. Roasts are their dream programming. 'We get to talk about the things we know about each other under the guise of some jokes and having a bit of fun."
He definitely was one extremely sick and evil bastard.

It's not that they find the content funny. It is because they are in the know and participate in shit like this themselves. It is amusing to them, because they are telling the truth in plain sight and not getting caught or called out on it.
If they did not laugh then it must be true so they think we will think. They always admit what they've done, doing, and will do. It is part of their rules. It is disguised as art, comedy, entertainment, or something virtuous.
I know u likely know this, but for any noobs reading they need to know it is a cult and the admission is Crimes Against Children. And some do not just pay the fee, they continue for their own sick needs or to gain more wealth and/or power.

Geez, you can tell they weren't joking. They were pretending it was humor, but they were straight up telling people about the stuff Bob Saget had done. They were bragging about all the stuff he had done and gotten away with it.
"Bob Saget raped and killed a 19 year old girl!" He says it twice and there is no punchline. People laugh anyway. There is no joke. They are basically proving that if you pretend it's a comedy act you can brag about your crimes and no one will take you seriously.

I'm not going to defend any of this guy's behavior, because he sounds like the typical Hollywood monster, but just specifically that newborn comment could have worked with like some really raunchy comedian in the right context. It's almost a Norm Macdonald set up, as much as the comparison pains me, when asked for to recant and he says that it should have been $5, which reminds me a lot of the Norm Bill Clinton set up on the View. Basically, if that one sentence existed on its own for an otherwise decent seeming human being, I would probably be grossed out, but I would see the comedic structure to it.

I gotta say this statement is pretty weak sauce. I too am unsure about Bob's moral compass. Maybe he was a pedo...I don't know. One thing I DO know is that he was a dirty comedian. He was friends with dirty comedians. That's what they do. They tell dirty jokes to each other and about each other. They don't tell dirty truths! It's made up.
