I thought it was a 5-4 on the healthcare mandates, with ACB and Gorsuch joining in with Clarence and Alito.

I think te ruling did establish that medical and religious exenptions must be allowed. I don't know if that was originally the plan. Nut i agree that its difficult to reconcile the two. I expected Roberts to cuck on both but he didnt. I still harbor uncertainties about Kav and ACB and i wonder if theres a rotation for them cucking out to not raise awareness to their true allegiances.
Healthcare brings in a ton of money from the federal government through Medicaid and Medicare. It's been a long standing rule they the government can apply certain standards or rules for any healthcare center that can then receive payments from Medicaid and Medicare. And since such a large segment of people who are sick and need constant healthcare, old people or people on disability is a big one, it's basically impossible for a healthcare center to exist without accepting Medicaid and Medicare payments. So it's not exactly a rule for all healthcare workers, but rather a rule for all organizations that take money from the federal government through those programs, which, in the end, is basically all healthcare workers and long-term care facilities.
I’m reading this way different. There is an injunction in place nationwide for healthcare workers stopping the mandate. The government asked for SCOTUS to lift the injunction. It was denied.
I need to review the all from the beginning I guess, I am still uncertain how it is playing out.

It was 5-4. Kavanaugh and Roberts and the three other clowns voted in support of allowing healthcare mandate.
Gorsuch, Alito, Thomas, and ACB voted against.
The Constitution/Bill of Rights doesn't differentiate between occupations! (other than terms of office, etc.) I want to see what ridiculous justification they made to allow it for healthcare workers!
Agree, we need to sue the Supreme court over this ruling. They are saying we aren't protected under the Constitution, only non healthcare workers are.
Forcing health care workers is terrible.

Run even if you have sketons in your closet! I would rather vote for someone i agree with that may have a DUI or other misdemeanor charge 20 years ago than for someone i don't agree with, wants to fuck me over, and wants to diddle little kids!
