It was something like "Israel/is are exempt, and all Jews in the US are now categorized as Israeli-Americans" akin to African Americans. I just checked the international criminal Court's website, and I didn't see anything about any of this. Maybe their shit is really out of date because they still have a case posted on there against muammar Gaddafi, who is a dead man as we know, and the case is still listed as ongoing, but from the looks of it they don't charge people who are from developed Nations, and the United States isn't even on the fucking treaty that gives the international criminal court jurisdiction. Technically they do have limited jurisdiction with us Nationals with regards to extradition, but the United States doesn't have to extradite they're not part of the treaty. All of that said, I didn't see shit on there about them even investigating any of those people.

Needless to say, that did not happen. Some attorney filed some papers that will ultimately be ignored. That does not = "charged".

So this was filed December 6 2021 according to a few different articles... so 'arrested immediately' would have meant over a month ago.
