Not sure if this is a joke or a serious question but on the chance it's serious:
The "First Husband" would be the husband of the US President. It's the male equivalent of the First Lady. Obviously the US has never had this happen, so far, so it has never been used.
The "Second Husband" is the husband of the Vice President, and the male equivalent of the Second Lady. Since Harris is our first female VP, this is the first time this term has been used. Doug Emhoff is Harris's husband.
Hope this helps clear up any confusion and sorry for the impromptu protocol lesson if it was a joke. ✌
