I can get long winded, so sorry in advance. It basically means that government (and employees) are exempt (immune) from certain laws/ lawsuits. An example is a soldier can’t sue the military if they get hurt.

The capital police are not subject (have sovereign immunity) to Freedom of Info Act. Makes sense bc giving layout of buildings or other requests could be a security issue. However, judicial watch filed based on common law access. Does the public have a right to access the info? There are two stipulations.
Is it a public record? Defined as documents, emails, videos used to record an action, decision, etc. (IMO, the docs they are requesting fit this stipulation)
Is it in the publics interest? Again, IMO it does as well.
The kicker is that trump fought to have his records kept from the public (knowing he had nothing to hide). This in turn, opened the door to force the release of the J6 capital police records. Again, checkmate

If they are still in prison they've been charged. Duck duck go for January 6th sentences or charges. There's a large number of those people who are still in prison because they've been found guilty and are actually serving their sentences. They aren't being held without charge or anything like that.

I am just amazed at the numbers of people that are rediscovering legal foundations like common law and implementing them. I do believe this will be key in fighting for our freedom. The powers that be did not dismantle those foundations when they built upon them the legal labyrinth of our legal system that is stacked against us. There were hundreds of thousands of peaceful citizens reaching from the Ellipses behind the WH, all the way to the Capitol, which is quite a distance. The crowd was enormous and Pelosi and Co. only had a hundred or so agent provacateurs and Captitol (Keystone) cops doing their dirty work. The " insurrectionists" shown breaking plastic windows were doing so before Trump even ended his speech, which he dragged out for as long as possible.
I am also not convinced that anything that went on in that hallway, with the "shooting" of "Ashli Babbit" was even filmed on Jan 6. Check out the Wooz News video on Rumble for a great breakdown of the players involved and how it was orchestrated. Trump is just throwing their false flag back in their faces when he talks about "Ashli Babbit"'s "murder". He and his team are pros at making them eat their own bullshit.
