This video is staged. They did another one pretty much exactly like this one already. With this one, they flipped the video to make it look like it's a different location.

This looked like an Stranger Danger Instructional Video. The camera followed all the action, which says to me this was not some standard surveillance video. And all the "actors" hit there spots right on cue. Just seems to me this was created to show people what to look for and what to do.
Security cameras, in my experience, do not move back and forth like this one.
Yes, but someone took the raw footage and added the circles to highlight people. It is very easy to crop and zoom the footage in and out for maximum impact. Any iPhone video editing program could do this.

Hmm I think natural selection is the most compelling part of evolution theory. But I also believe God created everything. I don't think the two are mutually exclusive.
I think I see what you mean. I read a fascinating book on evolutionary biology when I was 17 called Red Queen Theory. It essentially posits that over time, species evolve to become more effective predators and in turn, their prey evolve to become more difficult to be hunted.
And these cycles continue on infinitely more complex like a teeter totter in shifting homeostasis with their environment until an outside force disrupts it.
