He connected this to devolution theory in that the United States cannot send troops into Ukraine due to the military not being controlled by the Biden Administration. Sending US troops would be the easiest means for the Cabal to start their war. This is one of the strongest proofs that devolution is really happening.
Nato mil is pretty much nothing without the US swinging its big dick into battle. Most of those nations spend little on their own defense usually looking to us to bring the pointy sticks.

They find a minor issue, often provoked, make a huge story out of it, go and report it to the EU commission and demand to penalize Poland for not being such a shithole and they would wish to see it.
