You guys really need to stop using "conspiracy", "conspiracy theory" as automatic negatives or interchangeably. This is like the fifth time this month I've had to point out improper usage.
In a former line of work, I know of instances where certain parties needed to get rid of stuff, but were being monitored heavily, so they would outsource the job in this manner.
Part of me think military operation given almost nothing shown on camera but then again certainly there is enough dirt on him to not need to smash and grab the office.
I think this is too sloppy for a military op. Military members won't smash and grab and make it known anything was taken. Plus, these are illegal tactics -- stuff the CIA would do.

According to The of Law War...evidence of sedition or treason can be collected by anyone...the evidence it self could collected without need of a warrant... the evidence could even be stolen but still used against the traitor in question at a military tribunal.
