You're absolutely correct. I'm young, so my when I was in school just learning about the 70s, my dad told me not to be fooled by that mindset. He explained it to me very well and showed me the dark side of it all from the drugs, to the physical abuse, the me tal breakdown, the moral decay, the moving away from God at an extreme rate, etc. Then when I went to school, everyone else was giddy to learn about the hippy culture and free love crap. I was stunned that no one talks to their parents, or their parents bought the kool-aid by the caseload.
