The bill was introduced to committee after Trump made the tweet though. Congress named it the covfefe act in response to Trump's prolific tweeting. The bill also died in committee, so seems like really insignificant thing to drop info about. Covfefe in the hashtag of his first Truth is probably because Trump was known for his use of social media, as he made his first post on his new social media site, so it makes sense.
Side note: IF you use a VPN based/owned in one of these 5 EYE countries (or China), plz know your data in being collected regardless of policy
