Mullins: "They have terabytes and terabytes of footage and data that they have had to comb through with three sets of analysts. And these people are professionals. They're nobody that has gone on the record and said anything. They've been doing this, all of this, you know, experts in the industry, combing through the footage, combing through the data and they're finally getting ready to release it and you're going to see, from what I've been told, footage, doing things like pulling stacks of ballots out of back packs and shoving them into the drop boxes, which is, as you know, in Georgia law, if you are living with someone, like your husband, you can bring his ballot to the drop box for him, but it is very strict, you know, and plainly obvious that you can not go door to door and collect people's ballots and put them in the drop boxes, its illegal. So, by the average, a person, of the two hundred they suspect are trafficking these ballots, went to about 23 different drop boxes. And they also went to some other government locations, right, so they just didn't set up geo-sensors around the drop boxes. They also set up points of interest around things like UPS stores, government agencies and other non-government agencies and they can see that these people were going from this place, to this place, to this place, and then to the drop box, right. So the other thing they can actually figure out is how many people went to a certain drop box, so that in a certain time period you track the cell phone ping, so the chain of custody document shows that within this two day span, since they picked up the ballots, emptied them, and picked them up again, Well, the chain of custody document show that 19,000 ballots were put into this drop box but the cell phone data show that only two hundred people walked up to that drop box. Well, what does the footage show? These are all the questions in the digging they have been, you know piecing together over the last eight months and they are finally getting to a place where they are going to start releasing it."
Fredricks - "And Heather, what is the organization that is doing this?"
Mullins - "They're True The Vote, kinda like the Election Integrity Group that kind of spearhead it but the lead contractor is a group called OPSEC. So, its like, Operations Security Group. So, they really doing incredible work and they are independent of.... (Fredricks talks over Mullins at this point)."
Fredricks - "You see the Democrats never thought we'd do this. This is why the whole gig is up now. See, they never thought there would be law suits, they never thought we'd find the counterfeit ballots. They thought just get the Bidens in and the (missed) Republicans would cave like a cheap suit in the rain. Now they will go on to 2022, they'll try to win that. They want to keep their corner offices. Right, they never ever in a million years thought that we would be pursuing this."

Well, what we think we're seeing now is a willing suspension of belief. When you see it and you can't just bring yourself to admit it because if you admit it, it unravels so much. And we have to go there. We have to unravel this. We have to explore this because the penalty to not is too steep. I mean as Gregg says this is not about Republican or Democrat, this is about the preservation of the Republic for both sides. That's how grave this is. So, we know we're at the beginning of this. The movie is a big part of making in clearer but this is just the tip of the iceberg."
Balmakov: "So when you began to dig deeper into these particular organizations and you found essentially org charts and how they go higher and higher, did you at the end of it find that the money, these billions of dollars, are they domestic dollars or are they actually coming from outside of the country and are influencing out domestic elections?"
Phillips: "I don't think we know that yet. I mean we have our suspicions. We are involved in a fairly mature counterintelligence effort that is ongoing right now... some agencies of the United States government and some outsiders and they're looking hard at it. Its hard for them, there's so much politics even ... I'd love to say that there is no politics at the highest levels of the FBI or some of the other agencies that are involved but its just not true. They are as apt to be as big a haters of people like us as anyone else. But you have people who believe in their own work and are trying to stop this stuff before it does ruin the Republic. These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. I've been in meetings in the middle of the night in hotels because my analysts are afraid to meet me and tell me what they had at the office or at their homes. In fact most of my analysts nobody even knows who they are and I won't tell anybody who they are because I don't want anybody to be cancelled. These people have wives and kids and everything else. Its just nuts. But when you see this stuff in real life and its not like a, you know, some supposed gunfight with the CIA in Frankfurt or satellites in Rome or any of this kind of nonsense, but its real and its in front of your face, you can see it and you can feel it and you recognize that data isn't where it belongs and there are things that we know that are going to stun America that aren't even in this movie. That's when it starts, I think, for us to get sort of real. This is frightening stuff. All my guys carry now, they're afraid of what's going to happen with this movie coming out. I'm afraid for her (indicates Engelbreht). These people are bad. But part of what they don't know is the depth of what we do know. And once that eventually comes out, I mean if this movie doesn't change the game... everything else that we know that will be coming soon will change it."

There is a narrative developing around Gregg Phillips and his involvement with True the Vote and the rigged 2020 election.
"They've been doing ballot harvesting for 107 years. There's no real magic to it all, right, other than its just different in different times. Like, in the late 1800's they made them start using glass balls to put their ballots in so they could actually see what they were putting in there and be sure they weren't cheating and doing something untoward. So everybody knows that this is happening and everybody knows these kinds of things go on. But what people don't realize is that this really does make a huge difference.
In places like Alabama a guy named Perry Hooper Sr. was running for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Alabama in 1994. He happened to be my political mentor, I knew him, I knew his family. We're doing a little mini-movie on this right now. And Judge Hooper was a very important person in my life and God rest his soul he was just a really great man.
But what happened to him was shocking. And America needs to understand this story. Here's what happened to this guy. He goes to bed on election night thinking he had won. First Republican ever elected to the Supreme Court in Alabama, and, as Chief Justice. This is a big deal in Alabama in 1994. He goes to bed thinking he had won by 15,000 votes, when he wakes up all of sudden there are all these... he's behind or a few ahead, and they're counting all these votes that shouldn't be counted. They immediately sued to stop the certification. He wasn't seated until 11 months later when the United States Supreme Court said two important things that are salient to this very day, Zak.
The first thing they said was, whatever the law is, not the rules, whatever the law is on election day, that's what prevails. Right. It doesn't matter if there are these consent decrees, it doesn't matter if somebody doesn't like it, it doesn't matter. Its what the law is that prevails. The Supreme Court was very clear on that.
The second thing they were very clear on was that there is no such thing as 'substantial compliance'. Meaning, "Oh, I meant to sign the back and I forgot" or "I didn't date it, I'm sorry." In Pennsylvania I think they settled it finally but that was what was happening, right, they didn't date these envelopes.
But the Hooper case was extremely clear. In fact, it was in part what helped the lawyers argue Bush v. Gore a few years after that. But now if you go look for Hooper... I mean Hornsby v. Alabama, if you go look for that case you can't find it. They've scrubbed it. Google scrubbed it, everybody scrubbed it. I've got a friend down in Montgomery, Alabama, at ... I'm from Alabama, and I've got a friend at the Supreme Court down there and he's looking around in the archives. They can't even find it.
We have it, but how could it be that something this monumental and this important to the country... and we went through 2020 and I'm probably the first person to ever tell you that that ruling exists, right?"
Zak Paine: "Never heard of it."
Gregg Phillips:
"They stopped the certification. And they said whatever the law is is the law. You don't like it, If you don't like it about the signatures, tough, get enough people and get the law changed. And this whole 'substantial compliance' "I meant to do it right" or "I almost got it right" is nonsense."
"We have access to some extremely sophisticated Artificial Intelligence and if we deploy this in the proper way and people are coming up to box after box after box, as you said, that camera is right there in front of them and we deploy this and we have citizens that when those red lights start flashing saying "This person is known to this system, they've already been here, here's the seven places they've already been" and instantly packages it and we put it into... maybe somebody checks off on it, maybe we have some supervisors or something... then we hand it to the Sheriffs or we hand it to local PD, or hand it to a State PD if we have to. Then, that's what we want to do. Our biggest problem so far is politics and law enforcement."

"We are going to see some really old, established fraud eco systems go down in this instance. Once we get that one in San Luiz and we nail these people, all of them, we know that through the funding sources that these eco systems exist in at least 60 other poor communities across the country and because we know have a much more clear sense of what that actually looks like and feels like we're going to be able to take that model and go to Sheriff, you know, John Doe in XYZ place in Texas and say, "Here's what happened in San Luiz." I think the biggest thing, Zak, for people to understand is... and this was hard for even us to understand because we wanted it all to be about election fraud, and it was. But what's really interesting about this is the election fraud is superfluous to what's actually the real deal. Because they need to get elected because they need to stay in power. Most of these are low level elected officials or supervisors, school boards, that kind of thing. But they need to be able to control all that federal money that's coming in, the food for the kids, and all the federal grants and everything that are coming in. But foundations, both national and international foundations that are pouring money into these communities and it is a flat out grift. I mean, some of these folks are making half a million dollars a year to nothing but sit on a non-profit board. It doesn't even make sense. You start putting all those pieces together and given some of the interviews we've heard. Its not just about sitting on this board or helping people with low income housing. Its about being on that bank board and getting a piece of that juice, its about being in the pocket of the pest control, being in the pocket of the road builders ans the roofers and all the different parts. We actually have testimony from one whistle blower who says this one particular person in San Luiz is into 27 different sources of income.

We can set up trauma stabilization centers sort of theater forward, kinda near the... the... not danger close but close enough to the bombs we can set those tents up kind of like an old-school tent set up, maybe five to six klicks apart and then have the rolling mobile hospital five or six klicks back from that. Putting that kind of package together we can treat 250 people at a time in this hospital facility not counting the people we are able to treat in the trauma stabilization centers. That all said that's sort of, you know, to give back.
The other thing that we have, we have a pretty significant comms project going on right now in Ukraine. Some of our researchers came up with 156 million device ID's and some other things that we would need. So not only can we get these signals from the mules but once we have these device ID's, whether its the MEIDs or the I M I E's (see link below) or the other types of unique ID's that are on the phone, we can communicate with them too. So, the whole idea behind all of this is that we go in and we geo-fence, if you will, draw a geo-coded polygon around a particular location. So it might one of the NGO's, it might be the drop boxes, or all of the above. And then we compile the cell phone signal data and build a pattern of life in such a way that we are able to then determine when certain phones pass withing certain areas. So a good way to look at it might be my phone (picks up phone from desk), right now, since I still have it on, is pinging in here in this room or even around this desk, they would certainly have knowledge that I was in this location at this time. And when I leave they presumably would follow me wherever my next location is... probably back to Ukraine."

The 24 March 2022 Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections hearing was the first public presentation by Engelbrecht and Phillips of True The Vote activities, although leading up to the November election Engelbrecht was telegraphing that her organization was being very proactive in monitoring the election.
I remember that I viewed it first on some site that had removed the leading spaces in the BOOMs and thought the people who said it was a handgun were reaching a bit.
Not sure if it was an AR yet, but there was a shooting at a church in Ames Iowa yesterday. 3 dead including the shooter from what I heard. Haven't dug on it yet
But also, news to the usurping tyrant: The second amendment IS absolute, IS the highest law of the land and there IS no trying to fight it.
Also, it restricts the ability for the government to restrict the rights of Americans. It does not grant the right; it protects it, because the right is inherent to freedom.

These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. "They've been doing ballot harvesting for 107 years. There's no real magic to it all, right, other than its just different in different times. Like, in the late 1800's they made them start using glass balls to put their ballots in so they could actually see what they were putting in there and be sure they weren't cheating and doing something untoward. So everybody knows that this is happening and everybody knows these kinds of things go on. But what people don't realize is that this really does make a huge difference.
In places like Alabama a guy named Perry Hooper Sr. was running for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Alabama in 1994. He happened to be my political mentor, I knew him, I knew his family. We're doing a little mini-movie on this right now. And Judge Hooper was a very important person in my life and God rest his soul he was just a really great man.
But what happened to him was shocking. And America needs to understand this story. Here's what happened to this guy. He goes to bed on election night thinking he had won. First Republican ever elected to the Supreme Court in Alabama, and, as Chief Justice. This is a big deal in Alabama in 1994. He goes to bed thinking he had won by 15,000 votes, when he wakes up all of sudden there are all these... he's behind or a few ahead, and they're counting all these votes that shouldn't be counted. They immediately sued to stop the certification. He wasn't seated until 11 months later when the United States Supreme Court said two important things that are salient to this very day, Zak.
The first thing they said was, whatever the law is, not the rules, whatever the law is on election day, that's what prevails. Right. It doesn't matter if there are these consent decrees, it doesn't matter if somebody doesn't like it, it doesn't matter. Its what the law is that prevails. The Supreme Court was very clear on that.
The second thing they were very clear on was that there is no such thing as 'substantial compliance'. Meaning, "Oh, I meant to sign the back and I forgot" or "I didn't date it, I'm sorry." In Pennsylvania I think they settled it finally but that was what was happening, right, they didn't date these envelopes.
But the Hooper case was extremely clear. In fact, it was in part what helped the lawyers argue Bush v. Gore a few years after that. But now if you go look for Hooper... I mean Hornsby v. Alabama, if you go look for that case you can't find it. They've scrubbed it. Google scrubbed it, everybody scrubbed it. I've got a friend down in Montgomery, Alabama, at ... I'm from Alabama, and I've got a friend at the Supreme Court down there and he's looking around in the archives. They can't even find it.
We have it, but how could it be that something this monumental and this important to the country... and we went through 2020 and I'm probably the first person to ever tell you that that ruling exists, right?"
Zak Paine: "Never heard of it."

"They stopped the certification. And they said whatever the law is is the law. You don't like it, If you don't like it about the signatures, tough, get enough people and get the law changed. And this whole 'substantial compliance' "I meant to do it right" or "I almost got it right" is nonsense."

"We are going to see some really old, established fraud eco systems go down in this instance. Once we get that one in San Luiz and we nail these people, all of them, we know that through the funding sources that these eco systems exist in at least 60 other poor communities across the country and because we know have a much more clear sense of what that actually looks like and feels like we're going to be able to take that model and go to Sheriff, you know, John Doe in XYZ place in Texas and say, "Here's what happened in San Luiz." I think the biggest thing, Zak, for people to understand is... and this was hard for even us to understand because we wanted it all to be about election fraud, and it was. But what's really interesting about this is the election fraud is superfluous to what's actually the real deal. Because they need to get elected because they need to stay in power. Most of these are low level elected officials or supervisors, school boards, that kind of thing. But they need to be able to control all that federal money that's coming in, the food for the kids, and all the federal grants and everything that are coming in. But foundations, both national and international foundations that are pouring money into these communities and it is a flat out grift. I mean, some of these folks are making half a million dollars a year to nothing but sit on a non-profit board. It doesn't even make sense. You start putting all those pieces together and given some of the interviews we've heard. Its not just about sitting on this board or helping people with low income housing. Its about being on that bank board and getting a piece of that juice, its about being in the pocket of the pest control, being in the pocket of the road builders ans the roofers and all the different parts. We actually have testimony from one whistle blower who says this one particular person in San Luiz is into 27 different sources of income.
