Dear Keith, The same court that has enabled people to murder babies by the millions has now said open carry is ok. They get their power from The Constitution. By your reasoning, those of us who disagree with killing babies should be allowed to round up every person, doctor, administrator, politician involved with, or who has had, an abortion and charge them with murder. You, and most politicians would be in jail for life, or executed. If States should ignore SCOTUS on one issue, it would have to ignore them all. You'd probably have a huge target on your back.
