Not gonna in all 50 states, I believe, until we get the commies and RINOs out of control.
As it should be. Thank you Alabama!
Welcome, Fren! Proud to be here...
Me too!
I live in Alabama and I approve.
Hey there fellow Alabamian.
Im way down in Enterprise.
I’m a little further south and closer to Pensacola.
It's good. But this is where it goes too far

Not murder though huh? Interesting.
Baby steps.
If it's to save the life of the mother?
That's bullshit the media spreads. There's almost never a reason to abort to save the mother life.
They intentionally confuse that with birth giving where there's a very real chance of hemorrhaging.
No it's rare but it happens. But very, very rare.
There was a 20% chance that myself and my child would survive! Im part of this "rare" group. Thank God we both survived! But I was very clear if my life has to end for my child to survive so be it!
A patriot mother. God bless.
That is untrue. I almost died in delivery of my last child. I am told l will not survive another.
I am now too old to get pregnant and have had my tubes removed. BUT had l gotten pregnant again l would have chosen an abortion. I have two other children and a father who was not involved in their upbringing. Without me the girls would have become wards of the state. Whose rights are more importantly … the unborn one or the two that l am raising?
Knowing that it could kill you, and if you would have gotten pregnant why should the child be sacrificed when it was you who know the consequences from the start. You would be the one gambling your other 2 children for 2 mins of fun I vote the child lives and sacrifice the mother
I took surgical steps to avoid pregnancy. If that failed I would have had an abortion as soon as I found out.
They said I also believe there has to be a cut off as to the gestational age of when it should be allowed.
Well she said she was told she would not survive another. Not that she would survive the pregnancy where she almost died. Big difference bro.
Alabama's law has this exception, "Except in cases where abortion is necessary in order to save the life of the mother or to prevent a serious health risk to her, which is closely defined, it bans all abortions."
Fuck you. You're intentionally trying to confuse the issue. Exactly the bullshit I'm.talking about.
Not trying to confuse the issue. Children need to be delivered to survive. I cannot physically deliver a child naturally so my children were delivered c-section.
Any subsequent deliveries must be c-section. I was in surgery after the last one for hours due to my issues. I almost died.
Knowing the delivery might be rough thankfully my doctor and l decided at the very least my tubes would be tired and that she was to do whatever was medically necessary.
My entire pregnancy was rough. Each kick was extremely painful from the scar tissue. I took nothing for the pain. I took nothing for the nausea. Peppermint and crackers is all l allowed myself.
This is not cut and dried. It’s not a one size fits all.
How many times have you been pregnant? Ever have a c-Section? Have you ever raised children alone? Have you ever not known where you would live or how you would feed your children? Have you ever truly struggled?
Never attack a person unless you’ve worn their shoes.
A difficult delivery is not the same as a dangerous pregnancy.
What are the statistics of that? How many times is a mother's life actually in danger of being lost bc of the baby. I would really like to know.
Less than 1% of abortions. Same as rape.
. 05% was what I read.
I wondered the same... Overreacting isn't a good way to restore justice.
I wonder why I have 5 down votes. Do 5 people think it's okay for the mother to die should the child not be viable, putting her life at risk?
I have even more down votes. I guess it would have been better if l got pregnant if l died and basically left my children orphans.
Sorry, I would choose my alive children over a pregnancy.
I think it's just a bit of runaway idealism. It's easy for folks to think that every issue is clear cut, but this world is broken and it just doesn't work that way.
I'm pretty sure if anybody who disagrees with you had a loved one end up in the scenario you described, they would have an immediate change of heart.
Saving as many lives as possible is always important, no matter what the circumstances are.
What medical condition is this?
I dont wanna confuse you with medical jargon but the technical terminology used is "being a Godless liberal slut".
Kamala has entered the chat: "Did someone mention Godless liberal slut?"
Mine is ovarian cysts complicated by scar tissue from previous c-sections and a body that only allows delivery by c-section.
Alabama's law has this exception, "Except in cases where abortion is necessary in order to save the life of the mother or to prevent a serious health risk to her, which is closely defined, it bans all abortions."
That’s not a bad start. All states take note, and I hope they just try and out do each other.
I'm wondering how they're going to handle women who visit other states to get abortions, and then come back to AL.
If the argument is abortion is murder, what difference does it make where the abortion was done? The mother has participated in murder. If law officers discover she had an abortion in another state, can she be charged with anything in AL?
And if a pregnant woman goes the ol' rusty coat hanger route and then develops an infection or some other post self-abortion problem and seeks medical attention, does the hospital have the responsibility to notify law enforcement to have her arrested?
It's going to be interesting to see how the different states handle situations like this.
Indeed it will.
Good
Also the corporations paying blood money so women get to murder their babies in a different state. My employer is doing this. I’d like to see them stopped from being able to do this in any states where it would be useful.
Why not first-degree murderer?
That should chill their murdering heels.
