Edit: If your broker has it, don't forget DWACW! Currently $7.22 premarket, once merger happens pay an additional $11.50 per DWACW to receive 1 DWAC. Less than $20 a share for DWAC, plus on the off chance it goes south, less loss.
Do you not realize that if the merger fails for whatever reason, DWACW's value drops to zero? While DWAC itself will revert to a SPAC with no company, so it will be valued likely around $10?
