You will not get people to chimp out in mass over this boring ass shit (boring to normies, not me). Thats why it's the sleeper of all sleepers. It's probably the most important decision in modern American history and could have yuge implications for freedom. The average abortoid wouldn't have a fucking clue about it's importance.

I agree 100%. It cannot be understated how big this could be. I've been advocating for abolishing all the hundreds of three letter agencies since before Trump. They are the deep state. The federal government should be the military and the post office. That's about it.
So.... the ATF could no longer willy nilly determine that gun parts that were approved and being sold for years were now "machine guns" or that a brace on a pistol is super illegal??
I'm sick of hearing this. We're all big boys here. It's not a brace. It's a stock designed to be designed to be a forearm brace. Nobody uses it as such. It's difficult to even find pictures of it being used as such.
"Pistol braces" are a loophole to a ridiculous law. Instead of demanding the ATF continues to honor this loophole, we should instead be focusing on changing the stupid law in the first place. Stocks do not make a weapon more dangerous. And, more importantly, shall not be infringed.
I'm not going to say that it was necessarily staged or whatever to ban pistol braces, but I will say definitively that the pistol brace itself did not make the weapon any more deadly. The dude was just shooting randomly into a crowd. Putting the gun against your shoulder does not help with that.
They're not going to leave. They have nowhere to go and know nothing. The regulators and lobbyists and cocksuckers have nothing to do but sell regulatory influence.
Admin law is so ingrained. But can it become a mountain of books and treatises and law review articles and more importantly - opinions - that rot and lay in waste?
Law is going to get interesting. It may mean something again.
I'm not super optimistic that this particular ruling will be anywhere near as broad as we want it to be.
It will likely just answer the specific question of whether the law, as written, gives the EPA specific power to regulated CO2 or not. I doubt it will go as far as to say that other laws are also too vague.
THIS is what I'm truly excited about. Three letter agencies no longer getting to just write laws with zero accountability to voters. Endless support and direction from the ones who ARE accountable to voters, but keeping it on the down-low to avoid said accountability.
I thought the DS would activate all the protesters for abortion...what if this case is the one to cause MAJOR 'peaceful protests'?

The climate nazi's might go bonkers that we will all die because of globull warming.
They need their climate crisis booster jabs

Looks like they delivered the goods!
Right? Who is gonna stir the pot if they aren't there?
At that point all the bureaucrats would be suddenly out of a job so they would become the protesters.
They will still exist, they just couldn't make their own laws and regulations
Plus it would be boring if we didn't have photos to meme with of the glowies with khakis.
The money is being used by the hedge funds to stay afloat. We apes will win in the end and bankrupt them.

If this happens?

They'll be forced to go out and EARN a living. The ramifications for society are immense, but almost all of them will be beneficial.
Suicide weekend?
Imagining hundreds of thousands of lefty career bureaucrats suddenly out of a job. Yeah that could get messy.
Existential crisis for many, absolutely.
Possibility of continuing? then they will continue
None? Then yeah maybe Blondi gets the bullet.
Does this impact the FDA as well?
Hell yeah

It's "the only way is the military," not "the only way is the SCOTUS."
An ignored SCOTUS ruling could lead to military being the way.
Makes sense to me!
Ah, but if you were running a sting operation, would that not have been a great look over there, while we back door you over here?
The Kansas City Shuffle. Nice.
Oh okay disregard everything then 👀

Gut them, I say.
does this come for the fda? because fuck the fda after what they are doing to us
I wonder how it would affect ATF and their ability to regulate silencers, full auto weapons? Moonshine distilleries?
