I've been trying to get him to look at all the other agencies with private armies. Why does Agriculture and FDA need armed "police"?
Department of Education also buys ammo I believe.
This would probably be fine if they were training and arming school staff and teachers, though unfortunately too many teachers are just as crazy as the people shooting up schools.
Chris Miller was part of a new law that essentially told all these orgs they had to report in to the military.
Or maybe send it to us on this board.
IRS and other agency being used as straw men or buy buying via proxy for someone imo
^^^^
IRSsss 🐍 has/had zero biz buying all those literal tons of ammo... they're an obvious proxy, but for whom?
1 day after EPA Vs West Virgina.
Any legislation that doesn’t have a corresponding law from congress was basically nullified Thursday.
What Justice Kagan said, “if congress delegating legislative duty to executive branch departments is unconstitutional then most of the federal government is unconstitutional.” Major keks.
DING DING DING! And I thought Kagan was an idiot.
Liberals love to play idiot do good ET, but somehow they always do good for themselves and the cult no one else.
Same as Jay Powell today saying they didn’t have inflation calculated in their economic models. The feds main charter was to control inflation and he doesn’t calculate for inflation in their modeling? These people act like Laider Sose in the movie “Usual Suspects”
If Congress wants to delegate legislation to the executive branch then we don’t need Congress as it now stands. Defund Congress, and replace with everything back to the states.
Defund congress and replace it with the top 300 corporations?
They made it unconstitutional and judges helped. .her admission is good though. Because it all IS VERY unconstitutionL.
So if the feds try to hit any person or company with a criminal or civil violation of a regulation and there isn’t a law….. we have a scotus ruling backing us up.
I say we make paying taxes voluntary and then see how many leftists pay voluntarily. They are always in favor of bigger government and everything that goes with that.
Government is investing in precious metals
The IRS might have to take down Al Capone again.
I love it! Gogogogogogo!!
This started with Obama 2nd term I think. Various agencies had not only ammo but weapons and other surplus military gear. Millions of rounds stockpiled. I seem to remember even USPS had Special Weapons and Tactics. Don't know what happened to all of it during 45's four years.
I think getting our tax refunds in ammo would be nice.
Tax refund. IRS owes me over 5k.
To defend themselves when the people wake up.
Yeah, why is a law needed? What the hell is going on with IRS and ammo?
The IRS has criminal investigators that are special agents. It's an 1811 in the federal system and is an armed position.
Most government agencies have Federal Police that act as security for the buildings they occupy. There aren't as many as they would have us think, most of these agencies also hire contactors for security services, as well. The contractors are provided with weapons and ammo for duty and training as a part of their contract. We have shared fed police and contractors between 3 bases in my area. They perform building security and gate security, as well as patrol the base. I think we need to have research to find out how many there are in total for each agency and do some math to figure if the numbers of ammo and weapons line up with the usage and stockpile required for each agency. I wouldn't freak out about the numbers quite yet until we know more. The CIA and FBI can get all the ammo and guns they want, so it isn't a straw purchase for them. The question is, if the numbers don't match up, who exactly are they training and arming. Do we have a secret army of foreigners in our country? If they start to regulate how much ammo police and sheriff depts can stock pile, then you can bet we have an imminent invasion. Most LEO's will side with the People. A few are bad apples and turn coats, but trust me, they are in the minority.
Thanks.
I remember when the post office was buying millions of rounds of ammo back in 05 or 06. It was fuckin weird back then too
Can y'all imagine if we got to keep the money we've earned and not have to hand it over to Congress who spend it like whores after a good night?
I tried to tell people this was coming last year when Joe kept trying to sneak in "100,000 new IRS agents" that he claimed would help him go after financial crimes. The number of auditors to be hired made no sense in this day of automation. It was obvious from the start he wanted to build a homeland terror battalion. The IRS has a lot of powers associated with their role, just by nature of being IRS. Armed and activated, they will come for us in the dead of night.
IRS tried to withdraw 6k from my account 3 months after we agreed I didnt owe them anything for their overpayment.. good thing I didnt have 6k in there
They buy ammo so we can't get it. Or, we pay higher prices when it's available.
probably they are expecting mass numbers of people to not want to pay taxes after they learn our government is just a bunch of total psychopaths.
Aww sooki... it's getting juicy! Things like this is what opens up the big can of worms... considering the EPA precedent.
if this passes there will be alot of ammo on the market on a deep discount
Gonna waste words just write a bill to disband them.
Well Zcongress funds them, so you can DEFUND THEM!
I mean I’d fight em…in Minecraft ;)
They can arm themselves but we're not supposed to.
Better question: who was selling it to them?
IRS Agents used to carry weapons. I dated an agent years ago & he carried while working..
