Right. Sometimes we assume we have all the data. We dont. What we know is outweighed by many orders of magnitude by what we dont know. Sydney Powell has been very quiet for months. Same with Rudy. I know these two lawyers have not simply stopped working.

Dominion never really made it to court for anyone to do discovery. It never made that phase.
No. They are in discovery in the Powell case as we speak. Trial is set for the end of March I believe. I also think that all discovery is required to be completed by November per order of the court. Might be +/- a month, I cannot recall.
What we do not know is whether or not they are complying with Powell's discovery requests. Has been a few months since I checked into that docket. There would absolutely be motions to compel compliance if they were not. Perhaps there has been one filed. Dominion can get defaulted for not cooperating in discovery. I doubt Powell would let that happen without a fight. But since we are a bit of time away from the discovery deadline, perhaps that battle is on the horizon early this fall.

You'd have to really be reading too much into this case to get the idea that it means anything re: Hunter Biden. If what's good for the goose is good for the gander, then the Eric Holder "contempt" should have laid the groundwork for Bannon to never get charged, let alone convicted.
Do I doubt that a republican congress would vote to hold Hunter in contempt if he did not comply with legitimate subpoenas? No. Do I doubt that the US Attorney's office will prosecute Hunter Biden for failing to comply with a legitimate subpoena? Uh...ya...I highly doubt that happens.
Charging discretion rests with the US Attorney's office. No court can compel the US Attorney's office to present evidence to a grand jury to receive an indictment. No matter how egregious a double standard on charging exists. Might be able to make a case that such a double standard is selective enforcement of the law. But you'd typically need a helluva lot more examples than Steve Bannon.
Why would Hunter Biden have executive privilege available to him. He is not a cabinet member nor does he hold a White House position. Joe Biden can’t invoke executive privilege unless it relates to presidential duties and actions. However, if Joe Biden we’re to pardon Hunter then Hunter could not invoke his fifth amendment right against self incrimination. That’s an interesting conundrum for the Biden’s.
He has deep state privilege. So as a consequence, I highly doubt that anyone is going to pursue him. And no, he doesn't lose his 5th amendment rights upon a pardon. Because a pardon only covers federal crimes. He could still be charged for violating state laws on just about every awful thing we have seen that he has done. Thus, would still have the right to refuse to put himself in jeopardy of being charged under state law.
It sets president for us to rally and raise hell anytime a democrat refuses a subpoena. We just have to make enough noise. Problem is they still won’t be convicted but we can still be loud. We have to use their own games against them.
In order for that to matter we would need to have sufficiently secured the next elections from fraud and RINOS. In my State at least I haven't seen them sufficiently secured. Sure, the anonymous ballot drop boxes are not in play in some States anymore for November, but so what, every ballot dropped in those could have just been dropped in a postal mailbox and still delivered and counted.
