They get 22-hours in their cells. Though it read in the article that they get 14-days in solitary for something as small as refusing a Covid test.
You can still send letters out in solitary.

I saw one and Ray Epps was the guy on it screaming to invade and enter the Capital. The video is well know im sure you have seen it.
