If you know how critical the payload on any rocket is, especially when its carrying humans, then you know only the most essential equipment for survival is required. Camera equipment during that time was big, bulky, heavy analog equipment. Not only this it had to be specially tailored to zero-gravity and oxygen-free environment. There's no way camera equipment was on-board the Apollo missions and on the moon. It would be far easier to fake the photography and video. No one would no for the better. I still remember Walter Cronkite narrating the Apollo moon mission and showing the TV viewers these cartoon cinema renderings as he talked.
I was in the Military in 1969! No way did we go to the Moon in 1969! They sure in the hell didn't have any way to stuff the lunar landing module into the Apollo Space Capsule! Did NASA fake the moon landings? Have we been to the moon since then? Are there secret space programs? Is this why the Space Force was created?
Seems to me Q answered "false" to the first question: "Did NASA fake the moon landings"? He then went on to effectively say the that the only other true/false question (Are there secret space programs?) was "true".
So Q effectively said "No, NASA did not fake the moon landings".
I don't see how anybody could read it any other way.
