My point was that it is just as easy to bring a Dewalt cutoff saw with a couple 10AH flex volt batteries to do the same job. We use them to cut rebar on site all the time. And they can be carried in one hand, have their own power supply and are cheap.

Those 40 footers are about $5-6 grand each used. They make amazing workshops. If they're not watched over regularly, some enterprising person is going to steal them.
Fill with rocks, weld shut, very little labor time, hardly worth the effort to undo that and move them. Seems like a good solution. They'll never rust away there.
