I was in the GATE program, although I don't remember much of the curriculum as not much really stands out in my memory. I remember being frustrated by it eventually since the program required me and the other GATE kids to be taken out of class to attend, as a result I had to play catch up in certain subjects.

I was in the program from 2nd to 7th grade or so. Seems creepy in retrospect, since I remember attending but not really learning anything. Maybe others had a different experience, but I can't recognize any benefit I experienced from the program.

Same, but for us it was called PERC. Seemed to be mostly about decoding comms and we were told that we were in competition with other kids at other schools but never saw any evidence of that and never learned anything from it. Weird experience.

Similar experience. The most useful time was when our 6th grade G&T teacher had us do logic puzzles. Most of the rest was wasting our time with mumbo jumbo

In our school is was just called "gifted", I got tested in 2nd grade and had to change schools because I scored high enough on the IQ test they gave. I only stayed in it for 2 years and my parents took me out and sent me back to my original school. There were only 2 elementary schools in my county that had the gifted program, and the school I was sent to was on the beach with all the rich kids (we were not poor, but not "beach" rich). I just remember being picked on a lot and faking headaches so I could go to the clinic. I really don't remember much from those 2 years, I think my mind has blocked it out.

The classes themselves were not very memorable. We would have to leave and go to a different classroom for a couple of hours each day, and I think it was only for reading and creative writing - or some kind of creative learning (?). I liked the teacher, I think I liked the classes. But I am a math and spatial thinker, I suck at reading, writing, creative crap, so I don't think I really gained anything from that time.

Our schools only offered that for 3rd-5th grades. 6th grade was middle school (we only had 1 middle school), and I think it was just "advanced" from then on, but I was right back in class with all the mean girls from before :/. I did really poorly in middle school, because I just didn't care, I didn't do any homework or assignments. I finally found my group of friends in 8th grade (Jr. high for us) and started doing much better in school, although I was always lazy about homework and studying. Ended up with a STEM degree on a full scholarship, so I turned out OK :)

Ours was called TAG. Started in elementary school and continued into high school. Just solved puzzles, played cards and did the occasional cultural field trip. They gave us the previous year's voided mensa test at one point, but that's the only noteworthy thing I remember from the program.

Interesting. I was in an advanced program (several actually), but one in particular seemed to focus on how to solve puzzles by interpreting comms. It was setup as a type of spy novel and every week the instructor would give coded messages that needed to be decoded to decide on next steps. One that i remember dealt with "targa battery", you had to figure out that it referred to a Porsche and that told you the next waypoint you had to reach. This would have been in 7th or 8th grade. Never actually learned anything in the "class", it seemed to exist for the purpose of screening for a certain type of thinking.

Important point. The Satanic elites believe that if they tell you what they are going to do, it is moral. I think from a lot of comments here that many must think there is some metaphysical rule that evil must telegraph its intentions. There's a difference between evil people doing it out of a sense of false morality and God (or Satan) forcing them to do it. They are evil, they could be so evil they take delight in not telling you they are evil or have evil plans.

Yes.

I think if they tell you, it is to enjoy your suffering so much more, because after all they told you, right?

Also, broadcasting a spell makes it stronger because you now have a piece of the audience's attention.

Remember that Drag Queen event a couple days ago that was staged in Roanoke, Texas? Very staged. The restaurant had barely opened in a fancy ribbon cutting ceremony when it hosted that. It's in a very red part of Texas. The people who went were mostly teachers and administrative staff. There were cameras everywhere. They staged it to push the narrative that "Texans are fine with this derangement and Greg Abbott attacking it is unpopular."

They expected one of two reactions: either conservatives came out and violently fought it OR we ignored it as a bunch of weirdos wasting their time on a boring af event.

When conservatives ignored it (those protestors were their own people -- you can tell from how they talked) the Left went with the narrative "Well, people didn't say NO so they must agree! That means it's popular even in conservative Texas."

Either you get violent and they play the "imma victim" card or you go on peacefully and they claim "You agree with me".

On social media anytime someone complains about the event, the sociopaths cry "OMG, CONSERVATIVE MEN WANT TO SLEEP WITH DRAG QUEENS! THEY SO OBSESSED WITH US!"

They start banging pots and wailing that straight me are obsessed with them.

The whole point of using Drag Queens is they want people upset. If you call out the evil they play victim and try to make you the villain. If you say nothing, you "agree" with it.

See how evil plays this game?

Well, actually I was thinking more of the symbol spotting "OMG it's a pentagon/ checker pattern/something vaguely resembling horns" that keep showing up as a sure sign of evil intent "because they have to let you know they are Satanists/pedophiles/enemy du jour." What you are describing is a kind of semantic entrapment or passive aggressive strategy of manipulating other people. Which I think is evil too, but in a different way.

Find Christ, but not organized religion

Amen. Christ never established a religion. Paul did. If you follow him, that's your business. But it doesn't grant you any sort of authority above anyone... In fact, following Christ doesn't grant anyone authority either.

Jesus is the ultimate authority. And what He decides for me, might different from what He decides for you or anyone. We can argue specifics and ideas, but ultimately it's His place to judge. Not ours.

If you can't respect other people's right to worship how they choose, or not to worship, then you're part of the problem and need to change. If you can't respect others, why should anyone respect you? This is a long and hard pill to swallow (yeah yeah phrasing) but I'm glad I did... The day I stopped judging others and focused on living my own life was the day I became free...

Good post Camaro, but I will disagree one point, authority. Jesus did give us the authority to do his goodness by our fellowman. Jesus told his disciples (those keeping his sayings) to preach the Kingdom of God that is within each of us, heal the sick, raise the dead and cast out devils. We all have the authority in Jesus’ name to protect ourselves and others from natural destructive forces like tornadoes, lightning, wind, etc. These acts of goodness are not done by us, the spiritual world does the work. We can just tell it to work as long as it is based on Jesus’ goodness and does not interfere with a person’s free will.

Authority carried out through service leadership, I would say is different than the current day understanding of "authority". We almost need a new word to distinguish the two. The type of authority you describe is one that comes naturally. People start to respect you and trust you when they see you lead by example.

When I speak against authority, I mean the toxic totalitarian brand. The "I have Jesus and am therefore better than you and know what's best for everyone" brand I will always stand against. But I see where you're coming from. We could call what you describe as a "humble authority" or something along those lines. Humble authority is one that doesn't involve attempting to exert dominion on other people. I think I can get on board with that.

How do you respect those who believe they have a right to slaughter you because you don’t believe as they do? And this isn’t hypothetical, Muslims truly believe they have the right to kill anyone who is an unbeliever.

I don’t let my guard down and Jesus wouldn’t ask me to.

Jesus commands us to love our enemies and turn the other cheek. He also says those who live by the sword, die by the sword and so for those radical Islamists, they ultimately meet their demise, sadly.

Thankfully, a majority of Muslims are NOT the violent dominion types. Most of them, like us, just want to live in peace. There's over 1.8 billion Muslims. If they were a threat, we'd be living in a different world. They're just as much victims of the elites and their evil system as you and I are.

The ones worth respecting are the ones who acknowledge the radical problem and are understanding of your skepticism. And yes, they do exist. I know several of them.

Never heard of any GATE program or anything else like that, but I recall my mother telling me that when I was very young, I was tested for my intelligence, and how even as a preschooler, I scored off the chart in visual intelligence, higher than the averages high school senior. Ever since than I had been the target of constant harassment by the school system, pairing me with adults with clipboards who sat with me in every classroom, and being placed in special education classrooms with the actual disabled kids. Basically red rubber stamped a “Retard” on my forehead, whether my parents or I liked it or not. K through 10th grade it went on like this and it was humiliating to say the least and crippled my social skills and was basically taught to hate myself and doubt everything about whatever made me special.

tl;dr: I scored as gifted in visual intelligence as a toddler, and was bullied by the school system to the point it was traumatic up until I graduated from high school.

I was in GT in high school - I loved my GT teacher lol. We picked things we were interested in and learned that - thankfully was pre bs of just extra papers and crap. You literally got to learn stuff that was not taught in school - oil painting, photography etc - all depended on your interests- this was 79-83 if that helps. My oldest son was also in gifted but was the bs extra papers and crap that I found useless - damn sure didn't help him expand his mind.

This is what hurts their feelings so much...with too many people awake and asking questions loudly, they can no longer absolve themselves of responsibility. They HAVE to disclose intentions, and when called out, well, it means you didn't grant your side of the deal.

A friend and I were discussing a similar subject.

Benevolence creates, Malevolence corrupts. It is the very basic nature to describe these things.

No Dark soul made crutches thinking it will inflict more pain upon someone. Evil cannot inherently create, it HAS to change things, manipulate things, distort and corrupt.

A natural good will witness a void and work to create something to fill it. For whatever reason.

Remember, the truth has to be out there and somewhat accessible. This is how the devil operates.

He is the master of deception and for deception to take place, the truth has to be out there so that he can deceive. Without truth being out there he cannot deceive. It's also his acilies heel as lies are a house of cards and the truth is an orbital nuke.

INTJ AFAIK. We didn’t have programmes like that here - I used to think we missed out, but happy in retrospect. I remember looking at Mensa in my late teens but actually read up on the tests, who wrote them, Galton, the top 5 logic puzzle writers always paranoid about a newcomer etc. Didn’t bother joining. They all did seem a bit up themselves and elitist.

Still love logic puzzles etc though :)
