If the icebergs melted the sea level wouldn't change. Does your glass full of ice water change when the ice cubes melt? Now if the glaciers melted that could cause a sea level change but not enough to flood whole states.
Putting an ice cube in the water raises the level. Icebergs come from glaciers that are over land.
Glaciers are renewed by precipitation. The cycle goes around.
That's if the ice is floating in the water.
I once did a rough calculation and came up with a rise of about 2 feet.
There is a whole lot of ocean area.
Ice floats.
There is ice on the land that can melt and flow into the ocean.
From my ballpark calculations it can't raise the sea level enough to make a big deal.

What might cause this is a pole wobble, and the magnetic poles are destabilizing and traveling to new locations faster than ever toward each other. Sounds crazy but they will meet, the two opposite magnetic poles (not geological poles) at the Indian Ocean in about 8 to 20 years. Like two opposite poles of two magnets, they'll slam together, causing volcanism, earthquakes, and tsunamis.
That will likely be the death knell for west of the Rockies.

Now that we've seen some of the methods used to steal 2020, yes, I'm pretty certain California has been stealing elections for a long time.
Granted, in the tech-bubble professional class of Silicon Valley, I would agree that 80% of my co-workers are koolaid drinking Leftists. No doubt. But is their gardener? The electricians? I don't think that 80% blue extends to the entire populations in the major cities. Cheating is going on there.
Meanwhile, in the rural areas of California, the trends lean toward freedom, god and country with a strong undercurrent of leave me alone.
live in cental California while I agree that voter fraud is rampant in this state there are a lot more liberals than conservatives. this is a destination state for liberals most living in this state are transplants that came from other states where conservative out number them. also, conservative have been leaving this state for years.

While I hate the crooked, evil California politicians and wish them all that they so deserve in this life and the next, the wonderful patriots of that beautiful state are loved and cherished.
