Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

How do I contribute? One thing that stands out to me is my concept of brainwashing techniques that must now be actively used on us if I am to use the philosophy that there is no original thought. I base my opinion not on training but of one instance that I accidentally brainwashed myself and the years pondering what this one truth means. (The experience is personal so I won’t detail) It occurred from a single job being done repetitively. Repetitively to the point I saw the project when I closed eyes for the night. All I will say is that on two completely different circumstances a feeling of uneasiness fell upon me that I dwelled on til I figured it out. I was using the logic of my small involved world as a greater truth. With that in mind I ask: What does the mention of a world known event like 9/11 mean subconsciously? 2=falling? , 2=bad? Is 9/11 the only subconscious influence of 2=falling/ 2= bad? Of course not! Infinite numbers of the same message are out there so we can be bombarded without our knowledge.

I’m keeping up with hurricane damage on instagram. I just saw a post on Instagram & I’m loving it. It’s a picture of Maralago says, “Ian you had one job” I can’t imagine hating someone so much you want their home destroyed. Especially a historical home.
I don’t understand leaving your boat in the water with a tropical storm or hurricane approaching. I’m looking at the damage left by Hurricane Ian & it’s so many boats. I’m wondering if you live in low areas like Florida the if the boat will just get damaged on land & it’s not worth taking it out. It’s so different in the Carolina’s most people have some where to evacuate. In the end it’s only material things & your life is what matters most.
I get what you are saying. I don’t own a boat at the coast. In NC we have had a lot of hurricanes. I believe most boat owners use dry dock around here. I go to the coast a lot & there’s probably more dry dock storage than boats in a marine with the exception of charter boats & luxury yachts. There again a cat 4 hurricane can tear up boats in dry dock just as fast as in the water. I’m hearing lots of people in Ft Myers were riding out the storm on their boats. In the end it doesn’t matter. I was just curious. Sadly that storm did a lot of damage.
I’m a no fear kinda person but I do have good sense. Just look at damage pictures of Ian. Boats tossed around like kids toys.
I bet the book was great. Way back before I was into reading, I watched the movie and it was intense. The books are always better.
What’s your favorite season? I’m a summer person. Fall has entered Eastern North Carolina. I don’t handle cold weather good, mentally or physically. I love the heat. Hotter & more humid the better. I should not complain about highs in 60s & lows in the 50s. I know many more people deal with intense cold & wet more than I do. Yet, I’m praying for the normal hot October (Indian Summer) temps in the high 70s. I think Hawaii is the most ideal temperature I’ve experienced.
In summer I am a winter person. In winter I am a spring person. In spring, I love spring.

I love spring. It's a great time of renewal. In Alabama, it rarely gets too cold or stays too cold in the winter and the summer would be right up your alley! ;)
Try sitting under a daylight bulb for the first 30 minutes of your day during the winter. It will help with season affective disorder, err, the winter blues, if you have them.
I’ve driven through the Alabama on way to Mississippi. AL is a beautiful state. I hope to visit one day and explore. Saw a small glimpse of Talladega speedway from the highway. I always thought I get there to see Earnhardt. Your spring sounds so nice. We usually jump from winter, a couple weeks of spring and then summer. The cold has killed the dogwood blooms last two years. It’s a running joke in NC, we get all for seasons in one week. Crazy but I’ve seen it many times. I do a little bit of it all for SAD. Herbs help the most. I try to tell myself the positive of cold weather. No skeeters, snakes, etc. it’s got to be freezing before the gnats go dormant😃
Dogwoods make me sneeze my head off, and we have plenty here. Currently, there is no humidity and it is 75-- perfect weather!
Oh my never thought of that. They are my fav tree. I grew up with so many at my grandparents. They are dying out in my area really bad. I haven’t seen dogwoods reseed in the woods in over ten years. I’m allergic to anything in the air. Plowing & harvest season is not my friend. I prepare ahead of time so it’s not to bad. It’s very nice here outside. Temp 67 & humidity is only at 57. 15 MPH winds from Ian’s feeder bands. It’s not supposed to come here. If you live down south you understand hurricane winds stretching far out. My house is cinder block built in 46. It can be cold outside and we have on the AC or warm & we need the heat. So far we don’t need heat, won’t be long. One morning this week it was 45. At least the hubby likes it. Hunting in the heat ain’t fun with the bugs. Take care 😎
RIP Coolio! Very SAD event. Every day its someone else dead unknown cause or random heart attack. The evidence is piling up. How can people ignore whats happening. Its clear as day to me whats going on and all the authorities just keep pushing this garbage. I just listened to the radio and the ad was about how its vital that you get your children vaxxed against Covid because Covid is unpredictable. I can't take this anymore when will it end?
Anyone been to Aspen Dental? Curious about your experiences. I’m not asking about your procedures! Would you recommend? Please share any positives or negatives. I drew the unlucky bad teeth genetics in my family. I was going to a local University Dental school & it wasn’t a great experience. I don’t have great dental insurance compared to what we had most of our adult lives. Once you max out they don’t pay anymore that year. So me or my husband could max out our combined with 1-3 visits. It’s a brand new office & I expect some hiccups. I don’t trust online reviews. They can be faked and paid. I think the biggest problem at this office was untrained staff. On the positive side the dentist explained things better than any have before. She was very helpful with my questions. I’ve been to a couple lately for consultation & they didn’t seem as through with the exam or explanation. It’s always a little hard to give up control with the unknown. Dental Aspen had the highest X-ray technology I’ve seen at local dentist. One red flag, they want you to pay upfront for your complete treatment that could be over several visits. I refused that! I noticed the financing sign. Probably another way to make money. I don’t mind paying before the actual visit. I get it. People could leave with out paying or say they don’t have the money. Especially in my area! A lady had her hair done at a local salon & skipped out on payment. And they knew the woman. She went to her car for wallet🤣
I went to an Aspen Dental in PA to get a cleaning, without insurance. There was a possibility it that I was pregnant, so I refused xrays, and they refused to clean my teeth without xrays. My husband had just had dentures with bottom implant pins there. They were never right, and repeatedly kept breaking. They wouldn't give him a refund. We moved and he went to an Aspen Dental in TX, and the problem continued. Overall, he had 7 sets made in 10 years! We ended up financing a whole new set at an independent dentist that specializes in dentures and implants, and so far, so good. Turns out Aspen used "mini implant pins" which we didn't know was a thing, and replacement female parts that had to be placed in the new bottoms were $350 each times 4...for tiny little pieces of metal!!! My opinion is that franchises have a lot of turnover and aren't as willing to make things right. Most places take Care Credit financing.

I never cared for them either. But in retrospect, they were actually outstanding lyricists and musicians, but their voices were odd, nasally and bland with their Liverpool accents, making it unenjoyable for me to listen to them.
BUT! Years ago, (2008?) on season 7 of the American Idol singing show, they did a few weeks where the top finalists had to sing various Beatles' songs.
Suddenly, hearing those songs sung by a beautiful female or male voice with instrumentals behind them completely changed my mind! The songs were wonderful and quite emotional when someone else was singing them, and suddenly I understood.

I really don’t have that problem because I don’t listen to the radio. I stream music or play vinyl at home. However, I can’t stand rap. It’s every where, commercials, TV & movie. There’s some nasty raunchy lyrics in rap. Even in the latest Elvis movie they played modern rap during the scenes with Elvis and black singers (his time as a child etc). We all know rap music wasn’t around in the 40s, 50s & 60s. Yet they put it in the movie. Most people under 30 wouldn’t notice. My daughter told her friends she didn’t like it & they said they didn’t notice the rap music. My daughter said, “that’s because y’all listen to it & I don’t!” Proud mom moment! Years ago a country black rapper came along. Cowboy Troy. He sings clean lyrics about country life. I was impressed but I’m just not into rap of any kind. Ha Ha, I’m old enough to know the very first rap. I actually have the vinyl, Rapper’s Delight. That was my limit. So I went from saying no to heck yes, some music does get on my nerves. I think I do a great job avoiding it.

We're nearing the end of the Old Testament in our daily Bible read and starting the New Testament next week or so. I am so excited! I have found that I like the minor prophets' writings a lot. I'm going to keep reading with this plan, even after I finish this year.
I start my day with a cup of tea and 1 chapter of Old, 1 Psalm / Proverbs / Ecclesiastes / Song of Songs, 1 New Testament + Bagster's Daily Light (morning and evening). Sets me up for the day. Dr Randall Smith (YT) teaching on these is excellent, great insights.

That is so awesome. I’ve read through the Bible three times. Every time I find something new. Today I’m going to my Womens Bible Study… We are starting in the book of revelation chapter 1! It’s going to be lit. These women do a deep dive on the Bible, it’s not tea and scones!

It doesn’t matter what time frame you read through it, all that matters is that you do read through it. Yes a year is a good amount of time to do so, but don’t beat yourself up if you miss a little here and there. Because guess what… When she read through, you’re going to start over again, it’ll be glorious. I am so proud of you! You’re doing gods work, he is pleased!

My MRI on my brain came back normal. It's a sigh of relief, especially with my family's history of brain tumors. This has to stem from my neck muscles, nerves, and TMJ. Maybe a chiropractor would help. Acupuncture is nice, but it's out-of-pocket. :(

Good news. I never found acupuncture effective. Recently got a back stretcher which is great; cheap and good at resetting the spine, very relaxing.
I've wanted an inversion table for some time, but never have the space for it.

The BRICS nations are abandoning the Cabal system, which is going to be a major contributor to the hyper inflation coming to all Cabal fiat backed economies.
The Cabal can print however much money they want, but the inevitable outcome is that the citizens of the west will not be able to afford food, or shelter this winter. There were a few comments posted that indicated that this was not a real indication of the economy or that the lost of wealth is not real.
Well, as I get the quarterly statement on my IRA, I see that I have lost 1/3 of a million since the great election theft of 2020. This is money I have spent a half-century earning and accumulating for retirement. I'm just one story. There are millions more across this nation. My 64-year-old brother-in-law and his 62-year-old wife are going to have to stay in the workforce a lot longer due to a massive loss of their retirement funds. Another brother-in-law just lost his business at the age of 58. There are not as based as I am so their outlook on this is bleak. To them, they have reached the precipice moment.
For now, I am adapting the attitude of the Founders. When I entered this fight, I expected to get hit in different ways. The Founders did, too, when they fought for their freedom. They pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. Many of them did lose their fortunes and never recovered. This type of loss would be acceptable to me if we get our great Republic back, remove every elected or appointed traitor and/or criminal currently embedded in our government, and get only true patriots in those positions.
While I see many of the visible Cabal members in a panic, I also see too many of my fellow Americans in an equal level of panic. I pray that they do not become part of a suicide weekend. They see the criminality of those in our government, feel hopeless to do anything about it, and are too lazy or too trained to get their news from other sources like GAW.
If there are any suggestions on how I can more effectively get those in my social circle out of this panicked mindset, I'm listening.
Pray that in their worst moment they will turn not to despair & darkness, but to the light of Christ.
