Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

The Cabal aren't dumb enough (yet!) to ban it outright. Instead, they think they are savvy enough to swap out traditional meat based proteins with insect chitin without the public being aware. Be on the lookout for packaging containing deceptive terms on the front cover that are euphemisms for alternative non-meat based proteins. There was a bag of chips posted on the forum not long ago that had hidden insect ingredients in it.
For now, if you can source the meat you are good to go. I wouldn't trust anything that comes in a box or a wrapper though.

My mom and I’ve been making this delicious salads.
Iceberg lettuce Blueberries Strawberries Apples if you feel like it. Green onions Salad topping - raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pecans… Blue cheese crumbles Wontons Raspberry vinaigrette dressing!
I know a lot of people don’t like blue cheese crumble, so you don’t have to put that in. But it just gives you the right amount of salty with the sweet, same with the nuts. This is one of our favorite salads and we’ve been eating it all summer long at least once a week.
Feta does well instead of bleu.

You should try it sometime it’s delicious. Especially with the apples. And that dressing. I’m actually having some tomorrow because I love it so much. We have extra bottles of that dressing in our pantry, as long as you have some really delicious berries and apples, along with that blue cheese oh Yum Yum Yum. I will try your dressing out though it sounds delicious as well. We also like Cobb salads, I’m a huge proponent of Cobb salads. But you have to have bacon on that.

Mah Moroccan Chicken Salad
Small greens (variety of baby lettuce leaves, including oakleaf, butterhead, mesclun, baby spinach leaves)
Continental cucumber
Globe Tomatoes
White button mushrooms
Red capsicum (aka red bell pepper - mild type)
Streaky bacon
Chicken breast fillet
Sliced bread for croutons (optional) (toasted then chopped into small-ish sized croutons)
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Moroccan Seasoning (I use store bought, but could make your own )
Cut chicken into slices/strips. Thin slice 4~5mm (1/8 ~ 2/8 inch-ish). Put in mixing bowl, add olive oil to coat, sprinkle on moroccan spice mix, mix, coating chicken pieces in olive oil & spices.
Splash of olive oil in a good sized fry pan
Fry bacon in strips, rendering down the fat to some extent, crispy, remove from pan, cut into small strips when cooled (1.5 inch x 0.5 inch-ish)
Add more olive oil, fry chicken pieces in bacon fat and olive oil until cooked but still juicy. Some crunch on the outside from spices is good, but don't over cook.
Remove chicken to cool
Put the baby greens in a large bowl
Slice tomatoes along vertical axis into thin-ish wedges. Half tomato > then quarter > then cut quarter into 3 or 4 wedges (12+ wedges all up). Toss onto greens.
Slice capsicum into vertical strips, 4~5 mm (1/8 inch) thick. Toss onto greens.
Cut button mushrooms into wedges: same method as applied to tomatoes. Toss onto greens.
Cut continental cucumber into 8 cm (3 inch) pieces, then cut into wedges (half > quarter > eighths). Then cut wedges into 2.5 cm-ish (1 inch) lengths. Toss onto greens.
Drizzle olive oil and splash some balsamic onto the veges, then stir/toss to mix through.
Toss bacon, bacon oil/juices from pan (cooled) and chicken onto the salad mix, stir through.
Add croutons (optional) on top. Stir, serve on plate or bowl, gobble up. Yum.
(Can add small tasty/cheddar cheese cubes as an option, to taste.)
*No Moroccans were harmed in the making of this recipe.

I don’t like mushrooms raw. Love them cooked. Doesn’t matter how it’s a good I discovered late in life. Seriously thinking about a mushroom supplement. You don’t get medicinal benefits from the ones in the store.

I slept great last night🤩 By accident I discovered something to help me sleep better than I’ve slept in years. I keep getting bad kinks in my neck. Probably arthritis, it’s genetic. I normally use lemon balm salve and it works. After two days of pain I remembered an oil I have. I put Balm of Gilead on my shoulders, neck & lower spine. The pain was gone in less than thirty minutes. I used it several times for pain but didn’t know it’s other medicinal benefits. Turns out it’s great for many conditions including sleep, chest congestion and pain plus a few more I haven’t experienced. I normally blend it with frankincense, I think it was better alone. It’s always trial & error because we are all different & what works for me might not work for you. This link is where I purchased the oil. They have good quality oil, however they are very expensive! I usually buy from them during Christmas sales. What I don’t like is a dropper top or poor spout. I believe I’m going to find some from small company herbalist that make the oils from plants. I normally find these people on Etsy. If you don’t know about using oils please research essential oil safety!

Get you some magnesium lotion. It will work wonders on sore muscles, will help you sleep and almost everyone is deficient in magnesium. It’s a great addition to anyone’s personal care regimen. I get mine from a local health food store.

Good tip, will give it a try. As for distilled water - I am assuming you cant just boil and cool some water? Can you use drinking water from water bottles, or do you hav to buy distilled water separately?
Double check the safety of using water. I’ve followed a lot of natural cleaning products recipes and most experts advise against water unless you add a preservative. I believe you can use safely with out preservatives for about a week. Lots of bacteria can grow in standing water. Even leaving a drinking glass of water out overnight will grow bacteria. I’ve gone really old school with soap. I use bar soap at sink unless I’ve handled raw food or something else iffy. In that case I use dawn. I only do this because most liquid soaps I’m allergic to, even the natural ones. I also don’t like liquid soap at all.

This article, written by Pete McArdle says differently. I'm not sure who to believe, but Pete backs up his article with facts and things that have not been done so far. So... Read it for yourself and make your own judgements.

My problem is trying to believe anyone in today's informational society. I know not to believe the MSM, propagandists--but without looking at articles like this and seeing what is factual in them is kind of like kidding ourselves.
