I truly believe Cali is red. It would be too easy to cheat here, to scan ballots in place of actual real ballots. Since there is no serialization, there is no record of who voted for who that exists.
Those only tell you which party affiliate voted. It doesn't tell you who they actually voted for. We can't just assume everyone voted straight party line.
Also note that the economy is in the shitter and gas prices are at an all time high.
I'm willing to bet even some registered Democrats are fed up Biden's BS and possibly voted for Republicans this round. It's possible. Who knows. We'll see.
