Trump just said he is going to give a big announcement from Mara Lago next week (Nov. 15th). He doesn’t want to take away from the importance of tomorrow’s election.
You know, it's really odd that he hasn't announced yet. I'm normally quite dismissive of things like this having any meaning, but it feels like there's no real tactical advantage to him not announcing his run as soon as possible considering how bad he and the GOP in general are throttling the Democratic party in the polls
It almost sounds like he has someone else in mind when he says "we". It's as if he's planning on endorsing someone else to represent the MAGA movement, which would make sense considering his age.
Or he's playing coy because something's going to happen in advance of all that, and he feels that announcing a run now would sound like a concession of the 2020 election
