Approximately 6 months ago or more I made a comment about not trusting DeSantis.
I was laughed at, made fun of, called names and more. It was so bad I deleted my comment.

You need to be wrong sometimes but in the end proved right. I wish you would have kept the post up. Backtracking weakens your strength. No one wants to be ridiculed but if you would have persevered you could see yourself through to the end. It's a lesson we all need to learn. Teaching the kids to keep trying even though they are loosing is frustrating. They always want to quit. Getting across to them the idea, keep trying, keep going. They were little yet so I had to take it easy. Full circle.... you wrote something you felt was spot on. Now persevere. Have faith in your convictions. Bending to the mob is how we got here. Even I did not feel the water starting to boil.
we get all types here. some people still can't see the line between dooming and disagreeing with their own hopes and dreams. they are probably the same folks that get all let down when some date passes without things working out the way they hoped that they would. we'll all get better about things if we all still club together and keep talking through stuff.

A law signed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will allow for the Florida Department of Health to forcibly vaccinate Florida residents. S.B. 2006 was signed into law by DeSantis on May 3, 2021 and immediately hailed as a major victory by many medical freedom advocates. The law bans so-called "Vaccine Passports" and adds certain restrictions on state and local governments during a declared public health emergency. A little known and little spoken of section of the law, which will go into effect July 1, states: "The state health officer, upon declaration of a public health emergency, may take actions that are necessary to protect the public health." Some of these actions include: "Ordering an individual to be examined, tested, vaccinated, treated, isolated, or quarantined for communicable diseases that have a significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to public health." Those refusing these actions "may be subjected to isolation or quarantine." The most disturbing part is a section beneath which reads, "If the individual poses a danger to the public health, the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation or quarantine, if there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use ANY MEANS NECESSARY to vaccinate or treat the individual." In the mass frenzy to applaud Governor DeSantis for banning Vaccine Passports, this section of the law was paid little attention. Bottom line, in a declared public health crisis you can be forcibly vaccinated in the State of Florida and Governor Ron DeSantis has added his stamp of approval to this policy. Murdoch,and Fox News will pump up anything that they think may interfere with DJT. Blue arrows by themselves aren’t really an indictment of Desantis.
I didn’t research FoxNews ownership, but the green arrows probably don’t surprise anyone. BlackRock owns some amount of every publicly traded entity in the market.
Finally the Red arrows represent Murdoch putting money in and Desantis taking money out of BlackRock. This seems mildly deceptive since these are opposite, but represented similarly.
“Florida said Thursday it has begun to divest $2 billion in funds overseen by BlackRock”. This sounds like a good start, rather than a reason not to trust him.
I am ready to stand with you today, if he announces he is going to try to run against DJT, but nothing presented here surprises me, or makes me think he’s a Trojan Horse. I feel that he has been great for Florida, and am happy to have him as a governor.
