He's right though. If the Democrats are using the constitution to destroy America, then we have to move forward without it. As a bonus, we could also keep President Trump and his family in office for more than 2 terms.

The truth is that the 2020 election steal is unprecedented. The founding fathers never saw a situation where somebody could steal an election. If anything, we need to suspend the constitution in order to remove the current unlawful regime. Besides that, that regime is the one responsible for trying to terminate the Constitution.
From the start they broke the laws on the books including the constitution and the bill of rights. They did this by colluding with big tech to suppress free speech as proven by part 1 of the Twitter files, and they then broke state election law to ensure that Joe Biden has enough ballots to "win" the Presidency. Once in office, Joe Biden has taken every measure to ensure that he breaks the law and use congress to spend more money to ensure we are broke.
The only thing they provided was a contingent election. But that was when nobody got a majority of electoral votes for President. You eliminate any combo of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin from Joe Biden's total and he drops below 270. That should have been enough for President Trump to be elected in a contingent election.

I think Trump is signaling here. He's letting patriots know the military may be taking over soon to ensure the continuity of gov't. And with the Brunson case now before SCOTUS for Jan 6th, 2023 big things may happen.

Do you ever think the Brunson case has already been done or it actually happens sooner than January 6th, 2023? If the Trump team is stoking the fire and like so many have taken the bait about the Constitution would the timing be better served to happen before the 1st of the year or starting next week before Christmas when the masses our at the highest about protecting the US Constitution? Especially, as these masses realize who more than anyone is trying to protect the Constitution.
