That's a tidy sum for apt. added on to your house that you are claiming as your homestead. He was a real prick to talk to and I ended up turning his ass in to the property appraiser...

I don't live in Florida now, but lived in poor areas most of my life there as an adult. The last place was in an area called Pine Hills, but its nickname was Crime Hills. I worked overnights, but it wasn't unusual to see the roads blocked off and the police helicopter over head. The condo complex had a real strict background check and the old people running the HOA were like the Gestapo, but it was actually a good thing. The complex was very well maintained and built very well. I bought a condo there for 25K, another for 11k (Sold it) and a third there to move back there for 18K

We almost cancelled Netflix a while back, mostly because at the time we just didn't see it hosting that many appealing shows/movies. Many of the recent films and series they've produced have been brilliant. Perhaps new people gained control to stear it back onto being a solid platform.
If you remember back, there was a huge effort to convince people (mostly targeting the political "right") to cancel their Netflix accounts over that stupid Cuties movie. For educational purposes, I watched it. Frankly the movie itself was lame. Boring. No real plot or character develop or themes. As for the alleged "child pornography" it was claimed to contain, the average person has likely seen shit 10x worse on Instagram and at the beach. I would bet you that the vast majority of people cancelling their accounts because of that movie, did so without having even watched the movie. Disruptors influenced them to do it, and given the recent massive Awakening productions, I now suspect that the Cuties con was an intentional effort to reduce the size of the potential audience being exposed to "redpilling" movies and shows. That's just ny theory of course... no smoking gun, merely my own attempt to synthesize the different factors and results.
