Wasn't Survivor the first and it came out like 7 years before the apprentice? Not to disparage the show but to consider it new and pioneered by Trump is a stretch. Especially when even Paris Hilton had a reality show out a year before, I'm sure no one is calling her a cinematic genius
Trump was always a smart guy when he was younger, i remember seeing an interview with a guy that was at military school with him and said how much everyone loved him and how he had natural leadership quality's.
Then you think after that he spent his whole life doing deals and working long hours everyday and became a billionaire in a field that is not easy, he is not just some tech billionaire that made a app and suddenly was worth billions he did it with real estate which is a lot harder imo.
I also think him being part of Q goes back to at least 1999 when his friend John F. Kennedy Jr died in a plane crash after he was running against the clinton's.
It was after this point where he started learning about running for office and such with some of his previous attempts.
Former Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin has a directing background. Executive Director of several movies. And we get his autograph for free on greenbacks
Trump might have been groomed. But he was absolutely chosen, instructed, and directed. Which means that he's not THE master, but most certainly the greatest actor in this movie.
I have long thought the same thing. You can bet before he was asked to run, his background was scoured with a fine-tooth comb looking for anything the Dems/DS could use against him.
If he was picked from his youth, then whoever was overseeing him would have made sure he kept his nose clean. It's probably why he doesn't drink alcohol.
I know what you mean when you use the word, but I just really really hate seeing "groom" now.
He is indeed squeaky clean, but I would bet that the evangelicals saw his two divorces as immediate disqualifiers. People really need to stop pandering to them.
That's also because context, casualty, and satire/humor often doesn't translate through the internet without hearing someone's voice/seeing facial expressions.
Well he did star in his own show and probably directed a lot of it too
Indeed. President Trump was both the star AND the executive producer of a new kind of program, the reality TV show..
When he was growing up he wanted to be a movie director and has always viewed himself as an artist whose canvas is the real world.
Imo this genius has introduced a new kind of "movie" experience; a 24/7, interactive, global reality movie thats multi platform and customizable.

The Real World on MTV was the first reality show that came out in the early 90's.
The link between Survivor and The Apprentice is they were both produced by Mark Burnett.
Totally but then now it feels like we’re being played and this is the moment we realize yet again we’re in a simulation……. Anyone?
POTUS is A Master of everything..
Anointed and appointed by God. He wears the mantel of a King!

Who (not what) did Trump salute?
The answer to this question, reveals the true nature of the ultimate master(s).
A burning question originally posed by u/Norman_F_Dixon and then expanded on by others like u/CHAOS_ACTUAL
We still await the answer. Perhaps some day.
Uhg - he is wearing a damn mask. That ruins this piece for me.
Director of a scripted show. Hehehe.
Exactly…which is why they hate him so deeply (or have so much fear around him).
Patton, will Patton....
Trump done GOOD. And so did all his actors in the House.
Masters groom. Masters choose. Masters instruct. Masters direct.
Trump might have been groomed. But he was absolutely chosen, instructed, and directed. Which means that he's not THE master, but most certainly the greatest actor in this movie.
Boy, THAT can be taken two ways these days...
Good thing I know what you mean.
I would love to know Donald Trump's REAL life story once we win. Who actually pushed him to do this.
Ha! Yeah I can see how that might be taken the wrong way. Good thing there's context! 😂
Indeed. Sure would be nice to see the extended director's cut of this movie... I'll happily buy the deluxe multidisk set for the special features
I mean, the man is called the groom for a reason. Its his job to turn a Young woman into a good wife/mother
I’m 70 and nothing else ever crossed my mind. I would never think to associate him with that.
I don't know, but he certainly seems like a MASTERMIND to me...

I think his grandfather was an alcoholic.
Yes. He often speaks about his brother and how the booze killed him.
I don't know if one of them did, but I do know once of his brothers passed away here in NYC a few years ago.

I voted for Trump for one reason only, that he would be a bull in the china shop.
One part of the reason I voted for him is because he's a great troll.
Trolling John Kasich at a rally
I kept thinking of Jack Nicholson as the Joker in Batman, "This town needs an enema!"

Given his family history, I can totally see that being the case. It also suggests that the plan has been in motion for longer than DJT has been alive.
