Epi pens, inhalers, insulin, etc. Some of this stuff requires refrigeration, and your family may run into trouble at the border if they have a large quantity.
Many years ago I had a friend flying a private plane to Mexico. I asked him to bring me back one of those 1 liter bottles of Kahlua (coffee flavored liqueur) which weren't available at the time where we lived.
He brought back 48 bottles! He said neither Mexican or US customs went out to the plane to inspect it.
I always grab a dozen boxes of z pac ..as well as Cipro and ivermectin,, I also get injectable steroids which are really cheap the injectables have no taste , u squirt them in juice they’ve saved my daughters life , she’s special needs and gets bronchitis or pneumonia easy so a few doses and she’s able to breathe , no coughing , can rest praise God !!!

You're probably better off buying from India or Singapore. As the others have stated, you might lose your med investment when you return to the US. If you don't declare it can be drug trafficking if you happen to have brought back something on the bad boy list.
Hydroxychloroquine. Doxycycline. Both are prophylactics for malaria and other nasty diseases. Hydroxy is a once a week (Sunday funday in African churches). Doxy is a daily. Both oral. Difference? Doxy can give you wierd dreams.
I speak from experience having been put on assignments in Southeast Asia where I was assigned as a Demining instructor. Hope this helps. NCSWIC WWG1WGA
Slightly off topic. This reminds me of a movie I watched the other night "love and other drugs". They literally did this, traveling to Canada by bus. Disturbing part was the movie is virtually just about Pfizer and makes so many statements that seem true. Eg makes more money combined vs the other top 490 profitable businesses (or something similar). It was sick to watch / listen to.

You can get HCQ over the counter there, but they may want to check the laws about bringing any drug back across the border.
