Location unknown atm. It can launch missiles that rest on the sea bed for a long time and can be then activated months later. Putin wanted to be left in peace but all NATO/PENTAGON/US/UK/EU could see was deposing Putin, just like they have done in countless countries worldwide to bring about regime change and pilfer the country of natural resources.
