Yeah she did a great job. People are leaving California in droves. San Francisco, one of the world's greatest cities, has become a slum.
It really is crazy. I remember going to San Francisco probably around 20 years ago now and remember thinking how nice the city was. My new neighbors moved here from Europe and originally was checking out California (since you know...California dream) to live. They were telling me how awful San Fran was. Public transport obviously awful. Their rental broken into. Homeless everywhere. And overall unclean.
