Um, NATO? This Washington Post headline says "Ukraine's rocket campaign reliant on US precision targeting".That's YOU guys, feeding GPS coordinates to the HIMARS missiles we gave Ukraine. And on Jan. 28th, a hospital in Novoyadar was targeted killing 14. That's a WAR CRIME. (see top comment)

According to the Geneva Convention, what is the difference between hostilities happening that are not in a officially declared war, and when it is in an officially declared war? Are countries like the United States or is NATO still Bound by the Geneva Convention? Can hospitals be targeted?

In other words, the United States and NATO are fuked.
Nah NATO has been bombing hospitals for decades. Par for the course with these people.
International law doesnt apply to NATO.
NATO needs to be disbanded at once.
This is a pre-war WW1 or WW2 or Vietnam scenario where US involvement is creeping toward open hostility. All we need is a false flag to emulate the sinking of the Lusitania or a Pearl Habor or a Gulf of Tonkin. We've seen this scenario so many times in the 20th century.
Edit: This is the real strategy behind the Ukranian flag being "the current thing" on Twitter and in the MSM. The past year has been an attempted campaign to garner US popular support for going to war with Russia. This also explains the fake stories about Russia suffering massive losses. It was so US citizens would believe we'd be declaring war on a depleted Russian military.
👍
I agree but note that whether depleted or not even Putin has acknowledged there is no way Russia could beat NATO in a conventional war.
This is what makes it so dangerous, Russia would have no choice but to use the nukes if it wanted even a chance of surviving the war and we all know what happens after that.
Let’s sticky this up!
U.S. "precision targeting"?
well... precision-ish. Still working on that.
Except, the hospital was not an accidental target. The HIMARS missiles were also used, for instance, to target the barracks that the Russians were using, killing 63 soldiers. Unfortunately, those barracks are a legitimate combatant target, but the hospitals are not legal targets under the Geneva Convention.
If Dod subbed that out to the USPS then they are with in their acceptable error rate for delivery
Oh, man. Frog. LOOOL.
Well with the soldiers we have today with all the crap that is acceptable now anything is possible
Hide yo kids, hide yo wife, cuz they using "precision targeting" all up in here.
So...we send them weapons...we give them coordinates, intell, strategy, funds...we tell them when to fire, and at what. We're basically at war already. God help us.
Another example, a civilian apartment building in Kuibishevsky Region Donetsk.
Good point. I should have mentioned, I found many such examples of this targeting. This was just the most egregiously obvious one in terms of the war crime angle.
As an anon living in Russia who has friends in the new territories, I gotta thank you for talking about this, fren.
But not all of these incidents involved HIMARs. Werent most from regular artillery? That would put those squarely on the gunners and local command structure.
Be careful with this stuff. Always consider the source. In this case the WaPo is reporting it. Pretty much everything they print is either BS or supports whatever agenda they have on that particular day.
This could be true as well, but it is automatically suspect if it comes from them or the NYT.
True, but, it's also baked in to the design of the HIMARS system. It was designed from the ground up to enable the battlefield managers to select targets based off of satellite data. They load the coordinates up, and the missile goes. This is different than aiming rockets by geometry, which is how artillery works. Artillery is typically closer to its targets than HIMARS is, which is a much longer range system. The Russian artillery is typically 5-15km away from their targets, and fearsome the TOS-1A is designed to be even closer.
Thus the American Public will all realize the war is real when the satellites are knocked out first. I believe that is the real reason Musk “deactivated” a part of Starlink usability. Been watching the Satellite Mapper to see if they are being repositioned before WW3 goes kinetic.
So, let’s see.. the US government supplies them with the rockets and also provides them with all the electronic ISR support to guide the rockets. The only thing we’re (probably) not providing is the actual hand to press the launch button
“Our “ involvement in this is (including the pipeline sabotage) an act of war. I will miss all the beautiful monuments and historic buildings in DC, but I won’t blame Vlad one bit.
As a European the pipeline attack has caused much hardship for the people. Some of whom will have died as a result of the energy costs, lets also not forget the economic cost and businesses that folded and will fold in the future because of the astronomical price of energy.
Of course European leaders are in on this too but, So far as im concerned the attack was upon us (the people) as much as Russia.
Ukraine is the keystone.

☘️ But don’t they need Star Link. SARC/
Why are we believing anything the Washington Post says?
Yes, that's a moral dilemma. Protecting Seneca's investment in Bioweapons Labs is a moral dilemma.
But, they’re Nazis. Where are Antifa gay wads? Aren’t they suppose to be pointing their rainbow fingers and yelling at them with panty hose on their heads and an egg to throw? Still, not one.
The Geneva Convention was started to help the world's Normie public feel better about the atrocities committed by all sides during WWII.
HOWEVER, there have been very few actual trials of guilty parties or even reparations paid to victim countries since it's inception. And the winners of any conflicts are NEVER held accountable. As it stands right now, not hing is gonna happen. If that was the case, we'd have been held accountable for atrocities committed in every legally recognized armed confloct and all the other "police actions" and proxy wars the U.S., UK, U.N., and NATO has been involved in since then.
Data traffic is recorded. Determining error vs intent should be a normal process that was implemented immediately. Which committee is taking this one?
AND THAT IS A WAR CRIME...doesn't matter WHO provided the target information...it is a war crime...
NOW, on the other end, one supplying the coordinates, that is the US, then if it is found out that a hospital or care facility or innocent population was hit...WAR CRIME;
AND GUESS WHO IS IN CHARGE THAT GETS THE CHARGE...why that would be the egg-head in chief...Xiden!!! Sucks to be him...💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
People who gave the targets should be tried for murder.
They are not at war,so they are noncombants, russiaans can legally kill them......
